Wingate by Wyndham Joliet

See I live a little bit far from here so its a pretty long drive. I didn't need any stuff other than the pools to make me happy. I would say that you should go here because service is AMAZING. Location is a bit far from our place. Rooms are nice but I feel like we are missing a few chairs or a desk because we got McDonald's so we could eat for the day. Breakfast is good. Nice staff and overall 4 stars. Want to go here again.

I had a king room with a hot tub. The suite actually consists of two room (three if you consider the bathroom a room): the bedroom and a separate room with the hot tub. The bedroom consists of a king bed, chair with ottoman, desk, flat screen TV, good-sized mini fridge, microwave, a couple of drawers, a place to hang clothes, and a safe. The bathroom is large with a shower/tub combo. The hot tub is a separate room but has a large open doorway that cannot be closed off. It has a hot tub and two chairs - one is a chair and ottoman and one is more like a cushioned dining chair. The hot tup is shaped like a regular bathtub, just much larger (longer, deeper, wider). ||The room was clean and the staff was nice. ||Breakfast was not great. I went down for breakfast at 7am (when breakfast started) and most of the food was cold. I didn't go down the second day. My only other complaint was that the hot tub drain stopper didn't completely stop the water from draining so I had to keep turning the water on. That was kind of annoying but not a deal-breaker as there was plenty of hot water.

Positive: Clean comfortable room and bed. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Negative: More hot breakfast selections at breakfast. The price of the room.

What an excellent stay and excellent staff. The room surpassed my expectations and the pool and hot tub were higher quality than other hotels in the area. The thing I noticed most was how clean everything was. 10/10 recommendations

Spent a week here with my company training new hires. The meeting room was just right and had the equipment I needed. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The room could use an update, but it was just right for my needs. The bed was comfortable, and the morning breakfast was good and hit the spot. I'll be using this location for future classes. Thanks for everything.

Great stay! Pool and hot tub are well kept and rooms are great and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and saved us time and money from having to go elsewhere. Top tier!!

Everything was pretty okay. We checked in late (1am) and they were really nice about it. The breakfast was really good they had a lot of options. The potato’s were my fave along with the waffles. My only complaint was the room was kinda dingy. Blood on the curtains.. weird spots on the ceiling like a bug was squished and no one bothered to clean it. The chairs were worn and Looked dirty and gross The shower head looked like it was caked in calcium and grime and the bathroom sink had spots of dirt. The bed was comfy though which was nice. The worst part of the stay was I would gag walking into the room it smelled wet and moldy we determined it was coming from the AC unit. I’d wake up feeling miserable which I can only think it would be from the AC. Overall a good stay but there’s definitely some maintenance that needs to be done.
