Econo Lodge Lubbock I-27

No one was ever on the counter. We had to wait 30 minutes to get our deposit back. The desk was super rude. Any criticism over problems with the room will be met with defensive yelling and accusations. Staff does not change the bed spreads. When I worked at a hotel not changing the sheets was a firable offense. Do better

It was a dump! No hot water, had to change rooms after it wasn't fixed after 10 hours. Lock on room was broken. Outdoor security door couldn't even close. Asked for 2 double beds and both rooms had one King. Second room was handicapped.

Good value. The twin queen room was clean and the bathroom fine. Beds were very comfortable; we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was just ok. It featured scrambled eggs plus biscuits & gravy. Quality was ok but not a lot of other breakfast choices.

Had to stay in Lubbock for the night. Chose to stay here. Jenny was awesome ! Very professional !! The room was very nice. Very comfortable bed. Plenty to watch on TV. Very quiet. Lots of hot water for the shower. The breakfast was really good. Had the biscuits and gravy... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again, when I'm in town !!

Staff was never around , there was no breakfast even though we came down at 8am. Also was told that my deposit for the two rooms I booked would be refunded back to and it never was. They charged card for it instead. So now I have file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

They were very u friendly and rude. I stayed there two day and on the third I was accused of smoking in the room. He refused to look I. The computer for the correct room that is was in. He basically said all my kind look alike! He wouldn’t answer the phone for choice hotels. He threatened to call the cops even though we were being very friendly and patient! The breakfast was ready until 8:40 . There was no meat! He heated up the gravy and food in the microwave!

The property is older, but the improvement’s work is shoddy and un skilled (flooring) and there were cockroaches, albeit dying. There is no screen in which to place the ice bucket and it has debris in the area below.
