Overall amazing experience! Rooms were clean and comfortable, the fitness center was clean and well set up, and the restaurant was excellent. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Kimber at the front desk. Will definitely pick this hotel again when I'm in the area.

Amazing property! Lots of amenities. Food on-site was affordable and quality. Several options for food and drink within staggering distance. Several places to watch sports. Front desk bent over backwards to help guests. Even the housekeeping staff were engaging and friendly. Sianna at the front desk was the best. There was a slight delay at check in and she had it resolved before we had a chance to make plans. I work in the front at a resort on the east side of the state. She is someone you want representing your brand. Thanks for the great stay. Look forward to returning.

Checked in this afternoon and was greeted by Sianna. Friendly, professional, and a great sense of humor. I was wearing my Halloween mask of the clown Pennywise and attempted to check in with that name! What a good sport. Later she advised us on the local restaurants and directions to the bank. What a perfect ambassador for your brand. She flawlessly displayed numerous management skills. Look forward to seeing Sianna tomorrow!!

Overall, my stay was good. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed to see an $8-per-night parking fee. For a property located off State Route 54 in Pasco County—not in a major metropolitan area like Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Ybor City—this charge feels excessive and unnecessary. It comes across as an added surcharge rather than a genuine necessity. It's just another way for the hotel extract money from their guests. Otherwise, the stay was decent, and I would consider returning if the parking fee policy were reconsidered.

Christmas Day breakfast was highly enjoyable. Katerina provided excellent service and was very attentive throughout. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

While the hotel was clean and I received good service, I would never stay at a Hilton Hotel again due to what happened afterwards. I called to make an inquiry about my stay and after handling that they proceeded to offer me a 4 days/3nights stay at a hotel in a city of my choice and I could reserve later on. When I accepted, they charged my card for the amount agreed and when I called to make the reservation they told me I had to watch a Time Share presentation. This company has enough money and credibility to do business without the need to scam people, yet they are scamming with offers disguised as "time share" obligatory presentations that they mention only when you go book the stay you paid for in advance. A scam is a scam regardless of name credibility and they have lost a customer.
