Sybaris Pool Suites Mequon

Me and my partner got the majestic room. Everything about this experience was amazing. I would highly recommend it. The hot tub did have an odd smell, but the rest of the room and pool was clean and felt luxurious. The contact with other people is very minimal so it is very quiet getaway.

Amazing and luxurious Elite room, loved the large shower and the Jacuzzi tub. The outdoor seating is a great addition. Felt like a special room for a special occasion. The additional services they have is also very nice. Loved the strawberry massage candle and the chocolate!

This place is like an adult version of the Kalahari if you get the room with the pool and slide. The pool is cozy, there is a sauna in the same area. There are massage chairs, whirlpool tub in the room, along with a spacious shower. It truly is an excellent getaway for a couple trying to spend some good quality time together!

We had a fantastic weekend away. The pool was warm and inviting. The hot tub was perfect for 2. Everything felt very romantic and welcoming. They had all of the extras ready before we arrived. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful and polite. We already booked our next getaway.

I’m used to going to the Illinois location so my standards were pretty high as that location is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, this was not the experience here as I moved to Wisconsin. I thought I could try out here for our anniversary. The only room left was a whirlpool suite so I had to go for that one. The whole point of the whirl pool is for the hot tub unfortunately, we were unable to use it as every time we filled it up, green, moldy, moss like particles kept coming out of the tub. WE also noticed this black stains from the jets (see pictures)The massage chair sitting next to the bed. It was extremely dirty and ripping apart. Bathroom curtain was dirty. Bathroom was falling apart sauna floor was black very unsanitary stuff. As this was the only day that we can get away from the kiddos, we had to make the best of it. So we just laid in bed and went out for dinner was not able to use any of the amenities In the room. For the price They charged there is no excuse why this place is so outdated and dirty. Especially for the standards of sybaris. This was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this. You might as well just make the hour or so drive and go to Illinois for a better experience and better worth of your money. The only thing worth 4 stars is the ladies that check you in and out very nice girls

When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready. They were very quick to make it right and offered us a late check out, which was very nice. The room was extremely clean. It was very quiet, no noise from neighboring rooms. It was very relaxing. The bed was very comfy. Definitely a good place to go to relax, and connect with your partner.

Very nice place! Very nice people! Room was extremely clean. We did the majestic pool suite and it did not disappoint. The tv however in the pool room was needing to be replaced, the sound would stop after 30 seconds to 2 min and you had to unplug it every time. Other than that I would highly recommend.
