Positive: Convenience, excellent service from every staff member we met, and a high-quality stay. Very clean and quiet. Love the Crabtree and Evelyn products in shower-sized pumps! Negative: parking fees

From the moment I pulled up to the valet sign, everything was fantastic. It was 13°F today, yet the valet, Humbero, was fast, efficient, and welcoming. At the front desk, Shenna greeted me with professionalism and kindness and made me feel very welcome. I was given an amazing corner room with a unique, cool layout, and I absolutely loved it. Later, I went downstairs to check out the restaurant. Even though it didn’t officially open until 5:00 PM, Christy at the bar graciously took my order for room service. She was wonderful. My food arrived within 15 minutes. When I noticed they had forgotten the sauce and tea, I went down myself, and Christy truly went above and beyond by making sure I had plenty of sauce and serving me great tea. The vibe of this hotel is incredible ✨. I even received a complimentary cookie from the front desk 🍪, which was surprisingly delicious since I usually don’t even like cookies. Huge shout out to housekeeping for having my room perfectly prepared, and to the kind person mopping the lobby floors when I arrived. This is officially my favorite hotel in Milwaukee so far. I’m already looking forward to staying here again for my next 5K in a few weeks 🏃‍♀️ and anytime I’m in the city. Final shout out to Antonio and Aaron at the front desk as well. Thank you all!

Everyone was so nice and ON POINT with making sure all Harley-Davidson guests were taken perfectly care off. Daniel at the counter was the Best!! Always smiling and happy. Getting us on shuttles. Hats off to them all and my "Top Hog" as we call in the dealership goes to Daniel for sure!! Thanks for the amazing and memorable visit. Can’t wait to be back!!

I had to book a last minute hotel due to a winter storm. I must say, I'm glad I found this hotel. The management is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice, beds are very comfy, it's nice that there was a coffee maker which was really good. There's a fitness room to workout at and a restaurant in the hotel and there's other restaurants nearby. Parking is literally next to the hotel for a small fee. I strongly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back.

Conference room was extremely hot both days there. Asked multiple times for service to turn it down. Unsuccessful. Room was extremely hot and AC not working. Very loud room. Too much light. Front desk checked me into the wrong room and then called me multiple times and stopped up to my room. They made me come down to get new keys not once, but twice. Did not offer anything for the inconvenience. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly.

Located within easy walking distance of the convention center Very friendly and helpful staff. Had both breakfast and sandwich there. Breakfast is a buffet but you can choose to have eggs cooked to your liking. Rooms are clean and refreshed daily.

Our recent stay at the DoubleTree in downtown Milwaukee was exceptional. The staff provided outstanding service, and the accommodations featured immaculate, contemporary rooms with remarkably comfortable pillows. We particularly appreciated the hotel's prime location, offering convenient access to numerous attractions, reasonably priced parking facilities, the nearby 3rd Street Market, a variety of dining options, and an on-site bar and grill for those preferring to remain on the premises.
