Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

I had an amazing stay overnight 3/6-3/7. The woman checking me in made pleasant small talk of like what I was in town for and gave me the LOUDEST high five when I told her why I was celebrating taking myself out to dinner! The Kick Back time from 5:30-7:00 is wonderful. Three free alcoholic beverages and a small buffet of free food! The room I stayed in was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Checkout was easy and the people checking me out were very pleasant. Will be staying here or another Drury hotel again!

This was our first time staying at the Drury Plaza and we were really impressed from the moment we walked in. The staff was professional and greeted us immediately. Check in was a breeze. Our room was warm and cozy. The complimentary breakfast and cocktail and dinner menu included in our stay was a bonus and the food was excellent. By the end of our stay the staff and our group were on a first name basis making us feel like we were old friends. The location of the Drury is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee with easy access to the Third ward, theater district and restaurants and bars near by. If I ever visit Milwaukee again the Drury Plaza will be my only choice. Thank you everyone for making our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Recently my daughter and I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. We had an unexpected emergency that changed our plans quite suddenly to say the least. I am forever grateful for the staff at the Drury they were helpful and compassionate and kind!! Angel at the front desk was so wonderful the moment we arrived and continued to be wonderful! Other staff were pleasant and I am sorry I don’t know their names but they were very helpful as well.. A huge shout out to Glen Lewis his compassion was so wonderful and calming. I would also like to acknowledge that the food was quite good and we ordered an amazing pizza for supper! It was a comfortable room and was quiet. We will keep the Drury as accommodations when I visit my daughter again! Once again thank you Angel and Glen you are amazing ❤️💝❤️ Robin and Olivia

I did not stay the the hotel, but my 80 year old father fell outside the hotel on the street and was injured. We brought him in the hotel and the Drury staff were extremely compassionate and kind and helped us call emergency services. They gave us water, towels and a first aid kit and were so friendly! Thank you Drury staff!!! My father is fine now.

The Milwaukee Drury Plaza is centrally located in the heart of downtown, a block away from the Milwaukee River. This location is well known for its complimentary breakfast and happy hour hors d’oeuvres. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and professional. The regular rooms are comfy and clean, but not especially spacious. The bathrooms have plenty of space. The room features a refrigerator, a microwave, in-room single-cup coffee, ironing board and iron, and plenty of handy electrical outlets for charging. Complimentary WiFi was pretty good, but had choppy streaming of YouTube TV on my tablet. The hotel is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and pubs. Very nice hotel.

Great food offerings. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient covered parking. Location right on the river walking distance to many places. Beautiful views from our room. Multiple windows offering great light and views. Will consider staying again.
