This entire area highlights the beauty, charm, historic architecture and tranquility of Milwaukee. Breathtaking views, lake view, great mansions, tranquility of a natural urban setting.
This lighthouse and museum on beautiful park grounds near Lake Michigan. Airy space and easy to peruse museum. Stairs to top of the lighthouse are not difficult. Last climb to observation area WORTH IT!
Closed when we got there, but beautiful landscaping and architecture. We captured a spectacular cloud above due to the thunderstorm brewing. Gorgeous views from outside of Lake Michigan along with two stately lions guarding the back entrance.
Great tour. Have student discounts for the tours (college students $5). Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Great place to go for a nice tour.
nice place, you just have to climb a lot of ladders, but I recommend the view
Beautiful place to visit. Nice walking paths, statues, lighthouse, view of the lake. We got some great pics from outside. Well worth a visit if you love lighthouses and history. Highly recommended.
Very well maintained by knowledgeable volunteers. The history is amazing. Must be in good shape to climb to the top.
