Shary Inn and Suites

Although the price was very good, one does get what they pay for. The hotel staff were great and so was breakfast. We stayed for three nights. The bed was fine, but the room and especially the bathroom were not clean. The entire place needs a remodel. Showers still have black mold on tile, the woodwork was in poor repair, and rust on the bathroom door hinges. Looked like the carpet had not been cleaned in some time. Maybe this is one of the reasons what the place was so cheap - $59 per night. They need to hire a maintenance person to go through each room and make the necessary repairs. By far, this place was substandard for a Choice Hotel, Comfort Inn. Very disappointed, except for the price.

I stayed last weekend and had a problem with the air conditioning. It wasn't cooling, and we had a bad night. I went to reception, and they couldn't change my room and told me I had to wait until the manager arrived. They should train the staff to resolve these types of problems, as it's detrimental to us, the guests. They need to improve their customer service, and it would also help if they remodeled the rooms to make them much more comfortable.

Exterior remodeling is going on but the hotel is fully operational and in good condition. I don't think you can find a better value for the cost. Rooms are clean and adequately maintained. Ample parking and in a convenient location. Not fancy but well worth it and an acceptable breakfast bar, well stocked and clean.

Managers and workers go into your room without knocking, we got no room service in our 7 day stay. I'd have to go get my towels every time because room service sucks. Hot water takes forever to come out. I don't recommend this place.

The rooms were cleaning the staff was outstanding room service like housekeeping was phenomenal 😄 I would give it 10 out of 10 if I could beautiful place great location near everything

Stayed here for a weekend while my home was being worked on. The room we stayed in had a malfunctioning AC unit but the front desk was more than happy to move us to a different room at no extra cost. The washing machine in the guest laundry room also did not seem to work at all, but they offered to do our laundry for us. Rooms and building were clean and well-kept, breakfast was also pretty good. Overall, the only flaws were in regards to old appliances not working. Everything else was great.

Most disgusting place you would stay in. First of all the lobby looks great so you would expect that from the rooms, wrong!! The back of the envelope in the key says HOUSEKEEPING EVERY THRID DAY!!!!! The couch was a freaking mess, the blanket were dirty and had white spots in it 🤢🤮 i only booked because all the reviews were great and i completely regret it and did not stay there!!! The receptionist offer me another room and it was even worse!!! I don’t know what people are on reviewing good this place with that disgusting rooms!! They say no refund so be careful!!!!
