Red Roof PLUS+ Chicago - Naperville

As soon as I stepped in the door. I was greeted with a smile. I was told my room would be upgraded becsuse what I booked was sold out. No problem thank you. Next, I asked for suggestions for restaurants it was point on. Lastly, they are pet friendly!!! Kudos for that. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely be staying there on my next stay.

Positive: Location Negative: The room was not clean. Nats and flys all over. It is conveyed by the front desk attendant that there is no smoking or vaping outside the hotel doors or the balcony. The only thing I did after checking in was weave in and out of people smoking and vaping

Room was very small vs an upgraded room, although there is only a small price difference. The bathroom smelled so strongly of cleaning product it made us nauseous and we had to air out the room and keep the door closed. Otherwise, efficient front desk service and decent location

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Rooms are always clean. Property is well maintained. Pet friendly. I stay here one weekend a month because I drive a truck over the road and this is where I take my time off. I've actually driven out of my way to stay here because I had horrible experiences with two Red Roofs north of here. My dog approves as well as seen in the picture.

I've stayed here many times and found it very comfortable. I feel safe walking my dog, no matter what hour, day or night. In many ways, it feels like a community, with caring neighbors rather than just guests. As for staff, I mostly have interacted with Alana, Kim and Nick, and all three go above and beyond in making sure that we all are taken well care of and needs are met. As a disabled senior, I very much appreciate the assistance each of them have given when I needed help. They are professional and firm on rules, as they should be, yet they have not lost their compassion and caring as too many young professionals do. They are a big part of tge reason I keep choosing this location.

With the rooms always being clean and organized the customer service from Keneth is always so welcoming and nice! He makes your check in and booking experience the best! Hes the best!

Kim and Kenneth provided excellent customer service during my stay at Red Roof Inn. They were friendly, attentive, and very professional. Their positive attitude truly made a difference. I appreciate them for making my stay a pleasant one.
