Hutton Hotel

Positive: Everything! Love the Dyson hairdryers! Negative: Restaurant should stay open until 10 pm.

Mid-town hotel, just a Lyft ride away from everything. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and check-in isn't till 4. They held our bags and texted when our room was available for us. The rooms are on the smaller side but clean and practical with mini-refrigerator. They had a cute little breakfast cart and happy hour cart for later in the day with live music. Register with The Leader Hotels for extra perks.

I book travel throughout the year for clients and use the Hutton Hotel often. Gloria in reservations provides top notch service every time! She's professional, accommodating, and always is willing to assist, and does so with good customer service and kindness. A business is only as good as it's staff, and Gloria makes sure the Hutton's reservation department in on point!

Interesting and intimate performance venue. But management fails completely by cheating out on general admission seating. Only once inside the venue are you informed that it means standing room only in the balconies. But these ample sized balconies that could accommodate 50+ chairs are void of any seat whatsoever. It’s an amateur move that could have been so much better. Not impressed. -post script: management I spoke to acknowledged my comments and apologized but said something to the effect that they had 85 no shows and something about possibly being able to set up additional chairs. Management spent zero time in the balcony. Patrons eventually retrieved chairs for the adjoining hallways which complicated matters even worse because not all guests could be accommodated. Pure failure by the venue management. The performance, however, was fabulous in spite of all other disappointments.

Seems like it should have been a fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately, we checked in late so we didn’t have an opportunity to try out the swanky restaurant or the coffee bar in the lobby, we were kept up by the people yelling and slamming doors next to us. They have a live music venue on the second floor, which sounded great from the 10th floor. The shower only offered cold water (which I hear is good for you), the toilet handle was broken, the sink handle was loose, and there was an extra $50 charge that no one mentioned to cover the drinks in the fridge that we did not touch. Again, it really seemed like it should have been a nice place to stay, just didn’t deliver.

Got a delxus king for 2 two nights. The room was the size of a bathroom and closet, barely any room to move around in with luggage. Garage parking, is NOT FREE; website unclear about their parking garage.Horrible experience with service due to when checking out. Leaving "do not disturb" sign on handle, do first trip of luggage to vechile and coming back w our items moved, sign on floor. Our stuff was stolen from out room before we done packing up. We reported it stolen which took a lot of calling the hotel, first few times a female answered acting like she didnt care much. Then we got a male, would gave us instructions how to file a report. We continued to call here and there to know information about out stuff, service was poor specially since the items calculated to be worth 1,000$. Receiving an email that they found the items. We continued to call to ask questions, get information; but we were ignored. Until an email few days later, they wanted payment of 30$ to ship it?! Someone entered our room when we weren't even checked out yet. I could go on with more, but I won't. Decent location being down the street from boardway(didnt go there) but had some other places away from the crowds. Nice view.

Being from Nashville I wanted to find a boutique hotel for Valentine’s Day. The amount of unexplained fees I was charged was absurd. The channel guide in my room did not work for the last day and was never repaired, the ice machine on the 8th floor was never fixed. Ryan was the only thing enjoyable this hotel experience. His professionalism and courtesy is the only reason I won’t give this a one star rating. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
