This is a great hotel/apartment style accomodation that's great for business travel or an extended stay. This location has an expansive communal area with a gym that overlooks the city, a pool, meeting rooms, and multiple spaces to relax. The location is close enough to Broadway (or Honky Tonk Highway) that you can do the touristy stuff, or slow down and visit local highlights such as the river, Third Man Records, the Frist Art Museum, and the Gibson Garage.
Very conveniently located hotel within touching distance of Nashville International Airport. I stayed here for one night after my flight from Ireland and had a restful stay before travelling further on within Tennessee. Tahj was very helpful on reception. Room was fine and comfortable. It’s not a luxurious place to stay but it has all you need for a good night’s sleep. Please note that the property has changed management and is now known as the Harthall Hotel.
Cute little hotel(now called the Harthall Hotel)! Its close to Broadway and other Nashville attractions. Very reasonably priced and the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern looking. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely be back!
The property was unique and overall pleasant. Very comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels, and bonus amenities like washer, dryer and kitchen. Location was off the beaten path a little but adjacent to everything you need but you will have to drive. The only negative was communication with staff. I asked for a 1:30 pm checkout. Was told no problem. And confirmed with front desk and second time. Then Jamie started knocking on my door and told me I had 15 minutes to pack up or I would be charged $100 late checkout fee. After I packed up my wet cloths (in dryer) I hustled downstairs to be told late checkout was $50. It's just a training thing. If there is a policy you should be told when asking for late checkout rather than finding out the hard way. And staff should know what the fee actually is. Like I said, place was great, neighborhood train track adjacent and not walkable to anywhere. But if you have a car it was great.
The theory of this place is cool, but poorly executed. We requested early check in but were required to pay a $50 fee. We opted to wait until later and the room was obviously not cleaned- garbages were full, toilet paper in the bowl, soap hardened to the sinks and the broom was laying across the floor. Floors were filthy. The key codes instead of keys were okay- however, they completely reset and we were unable to get to our room on our last day. Eventually we did- but only with the manager letting us in. The issue was not fixed. We couldn’t use the elevator because our code was not valid throughout the entire stay. There was no restaurant, no c store available. We had to cab it downtown if we needed anything. The staff was friendly but not always present.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very large and spacious with a nice balcony. The rooftop terrace was cool to hang out on. It's just far enough out of downtown to be quiet, but close enough that an Uber can get you there in under ten minutes. There is a set of train tracks right next door, but we didn't hear the train.
This is a hidden gem for sure! Ruth was so knowledgeable and helpful to me. I love the style, the cleanliness, and the private ambiance. Tojd and Vera were helpful too. The rooftop view was the best! I rise up early in the morning and this is the perfect place amidst the sun rising and the spectacular view to pray early before the day begins to dawn. Loved the rooftop! The rooms are sleek and simple at the same time. Rustic concrete flooring with amazing huge throw rugs. The king suite was equipped for guests just like an apartment. Although I didn't need it_ the rooms have stacked washer/dryer, full refrigerator with ice trays in freezer like home. This is very convenient and kept me from making the 'ice runs' to any machines! I cannot express how comfortable the bed was; slept like an angel. The bedside has a white noise machine on the table but you will not need it because it's so comfortable and peaceful there_ the machine wasn't necessary. It's a nice compliment to the room anyway. The rooms are HUGE. Highly recommended. Five stars were born here! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
