Fleur De Lis Mansion Bed and Breakfast

I’m giving this bed and breakfast 5 stars across every category because of the outstanding service from the staff — especially Janis, the property manager. She is one of the sweetest and most caring people you could meet. Janis friendly attitude and knowledge about the area truly made my experience that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast as your next vacation spot. It has its own charm and personality that makes you feel right at home. The property offers many great amenities, including a hot tub, lounge area, outdoor patio, indoor living space, and a full kitchen accessible to all guests. It’s private, comfortable, and even has handicap-accessible entryways. Thank you for an amazing experience during my stay. I can’t wait to visit again! -Kenneth

My partner and I stayed here for a four day trip and it was an incredible stay! Janice who maintains the property was one of the sweetest ladies we’ve met during our time here and we will definitely be back. The owner is lovely too, all around great vibes, great price, and a lovely clean room. We stayed in the white room which has a super relaxing soaking tub that you can even watch tv from while you take a bath! There was minimal noise, coffee in the morning, and lots of stuff to do walking distance. 10/10 I will recommend to any friends coming to NOLA!

This place was amazing! Owners communication was outstanding and the property manager was also wonderful. We made arrangements to have breakfast, with bloody Mary's, mimosas, and king cake after. This place will cater to your every need, just ask and they will work it out for you! Highly recommend this for larger groups and families. Right in the action like another review said! We were in town for a convention and were able to walk right to the convention center. 5 min walk. Love this place hated to leave!!

This is one of the coolest little hangouts in New Orleans literally the back yard is under the freeway. On site daily management they will do anything you need with prior knowledge. Amazing old house with multiple rooms to choose from. Great place to host any event or just get away. 💕 Clean very comfortable rooms. Most rooms have nice outdoor cooking/lounging areas.

If you visit New Orleans this is a MUST STAY! Great value, great location, safe, friendly service and very historic building. Easily a 5 star for the business and for Janis the one who runs it and coordinates with you

Our stay at Fleur de Lis Mansion in New Orleans was absolutely fantastic! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it feel just like home. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax, and the large kitchen provided a wonderful gathering space for friends and family. This mansion is ideal for a family reunion, especially since you can rent the entire place and enjoy the convenience of cooking in the spacious kitchen and even doing laundry onsite.||The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the French Quarter and the WWII Museum. There’s a charming balance of old-world charm and modern amenities in the mansion, including reliable internet access. For dining and essentials, Plates restaurant is nearby, and Nesbit’s grocery store is within walking distance for any necessities. Stein’s Deli is also close by and worth a visit.||The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or needs. For example, I needed assistance with laundry during our stay, and he promptly guided me on how to get it done.||This mansion truly offers a unique and memorable experience. We loved every moment and highly recommend it for anyone visiting New Orleans!

We stayed at Fleur De Lis the week prior to christmas and had a fantastic stay. I don’t stay in super luxury places often but to me this definitely felt vintage luxury and in no way run down. Check in/out were easy and the stay was very private. There were other guests staying there but it still felt like we had the whole mansion to ourselves. We stayed in the Royal Suite which has a large private balcony, a jacuzzi tub, and private outside shower. There is also a 10 person hot tub in the back of the mansion. Our room was clean and absolutely gorgeous with 6 chandeliers, a huge leather sofa, beautiful vanity and full body mirrors. The house and our room has a baroque design and felt so nostalgic. I truly don’t see how anyone could write this place a bad review. There are plenty of great walkable restaurants/coffee shops and the walk to bourbon street took only 25 mins. The walk there also lets you see some of the gorgeous nearby architecture (an uber to bourbon was between $2-$6 from the mansion). Also a 20 minute walk to the haunted Pontchartrain hotel which has the Hot Tin rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city. There was also complimentary breakfast bagels which we weren’t expecting and no issues with street parking or internet. We even brought our small dog and there were no issues about that either, she loved the balcony. 10/10 we will absolutely be back for longer next time.
