Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center

I stayed here over the weekend and the experience was amazing. I loved the room and the staff was very friendly. We mainly interacted with Ms. Anne, and she was extremely helpful. The restaurant area was very slow with their service. The food came out quickly, but it took so long for them to give us a menu and also to come back and take our order. They did have some events this weekend, however, so maybe that's why the service was slow. However, I do think they need more servers, because the bartender was also the one taking orders for the tables. Great experience overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom doors are split down the middle and slide like a barn door, but there was no lock. Its not a good design. The pool is great, but needs resurfacing. Staff was great. Diamond lounge for breakfast is decent.

My family and I visit Chicago often, and years ago we discovered our favorite place to stay—the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center. We've consistently had wonderful experiences here, and I realized it was long overdue to share a review. The resort offers a fantastic range of amenities: well-maintained indoor and outdoor pools, two on-site restaurants, a beautiful golf course, and even a newly added pickleball court. The rooms, especially the suites, are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they’re consistently attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a relaxing, upscale experience!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels throughout my life and this was one of the best when you combine service cleanliness and location. The front desk staff were amazing, professional, friendly, and so accommodating the hotel is minimally decorated but very beautiful and very clean. The views are very nice also we stayed on the seventh floor corner room. It was very quiet a great view of the city lights and exceptionally clean there was not a speck of dirt or dust, and I always look for that and appreciate the cleanliness of hotel rooms. The food at the lobby bar was very good some of the best Buffalo wings I’ve ever had! I loved it that they had an indoor and outdoor pool, although I didn’t get to visit Them. It is minutes from lots of different stores, which I appreciated. I don’t understand Any Negative reviews because my stay was great and I’m a harsh critic. If I ever am in the Oakbrook area again, this is my first choice for a hotel. I also really appreciated the free and ample parking

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always left completely satisfied. The staff is very accommodating, and from the moment I arrive, the atmosphere of hospitality is evident. The front desk team is welcoming, and the restaurant staff is friendly as well. My rooms have always been spotless and fresh-smelling. The hotel also offers a large parking lot with no additional fees, which is a great convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I came to the location for the spa. My daughter's and I stayed 2 nights. We had 2 rooms. The rooms where very nice except no microwave. My only complaint in this property is you have 1 microwave which is located by front desk and is shared for the entire property. My massage and facial was fabulous. The pool was heated and beautiful. Very nice sauna as well as clean! Noise control very calm environment. Staff is fabulous as well. I will now utilize hilton more. I will no longer go to embassy suites. This is a classy more upscale for the budget stay.
