Comfort Suites Oakbrook Terrace near Oakbrook Center

Positive: Friendly staff. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Breakfast service. Convenience area. Negative: WiFi connection poor, & kept disconnecting. Fax and computer most of the time unavailable. I’m from another state and this is my second week here, and I haven’t been able to wash my clothes in the laundry room. Due to whatever reason.

I loved this hotel, recently stayed for a week while visiting Chicagoland. I’m stayed in the loop, I’ve stayed in other suburban hotels, this was one of my favorite stays though. The hotel is very convenient to multiple Metra lines. The staff I interacted with, were all pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I generally stay at Hilton properties, but after this experience with Choice Hotels, I’m reconsidering my go to hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit the city next time. If I had to say anything negative, it’s just that the microwave in 306 did not work. Thank you for a great, relaxing week!

The overall rating is worse than I expected, even though the hotel seemed nice. I took a large bed and got two doubles... that's what the lady at the front desk explained to me... Plus, the room was only on the third floor... The interior shows signs of wear, as in most hotels of this standard... Unfortunately, taking a deposit and giving you a room with large stains visible on the floor and a terrible ceiling in the bathroom is a bit rude... Furthermore, if you choose a hotel based on the pool inside, forget it... it's been under renovation for a year... There's supposed to be information on the website somewhere, but when I booked, no one was there... which should have been reflected in the price... The rest is reasonable for a two-star hotel... although I've slept in better and cleaner ones... the service is OK and responsive to customer requests... ........... If you can't write correctly, my nick name ...don't t respond ...

I love coming to this hotel with my son. This is the best hotel around for the price. Its clean, great service, and the hot breakfast in the morning is the best. Also, the guy at the front desk Popal is fantastic. He is always friendly and gives the best customer service

Horrible customer service. Room had insect in it wanted room cleaned manager and front desk told me no. And I ask to be accommodated and moved to another room was denied that. Had a two night stay on my stayed one night and went to another hotel.

We stayed in this Hotel for one night about a few weeks ago. The room was gorgeous with a separate living room area (2 rm suite ?) and the service was impeccable, especially the manager, JC was very welcoming, accommodating and made us feel at home the minute we set foot at the Hotel. We travel quite often and this was one of the best trip ever thanks to CJ's hospitality.

Stayed for one day while passing through. Room, though there were signs of wear, was still fine for the night. The front desk person who checked us in was super nice! I didn’t get her name, but she got us a great room and made sure everything was good for us.
