The Green Room Hotel

We had a fabulous stay at The Green Room Hotel! The king + twin sized beds were the perfect option for our 3 person girls trip. The room was very clean and comfy - especially the beds! We all slept so well. The amenities and service were top notch. We enjoyed the hot tub and easy texting concierge. They even provided coffee and donuts in the courtyard one morning! Location was perfect. We walked everywhere - didn’t have to get in the car once while we stayed there. Highly recommend all around!

The Green Room was just what I was looking for: quaint, clean and great customer service. Love the vibe of the room. Mattress and pillows were really comfortable! The donut shop down the street provided complimentary coffee and donuts on Saturday morning which was a "sweet" perk! Texting with the staff was easy and they were very responsive. I will definitely be back in the future.

Charming, comfortable, convenient, and easy on the wallet! The charm you see in the photos really does hold. The beds are comfortable, sheets super soft, and all of their suite options were well worth a few dollars more. AC and heat worked well. Convenience is the biggest perk that we were unaware of when booking. Location is walking distance to tons of fun restaurants, a nice stroll to two beaches, and super easy access to main highways for regional driving. The bikes, beach gear, and spa on site were heavenly and really added to the culture of the place. Parking is a breeze. Remote management was truly more responsive than many hotels with desk staff. I highly recommend this value stay to couples, families, and active explorers who enjoy boutique experiences.

Was booked for an event at the listening bar Sound by the Sea and The Green Room was recommended. We absolutely loved our 3 day experience here. Daniel and the crew took such good care of us and made us feel as though we were a part of the family there, not some corporate customer. Dog friendly so we could bring our fur baby! Highly recommend taking the pup to the nature preserve just a block away. We will be back for the next event and thank you again for everything!

Dan and the team at The Green Room Hotel make you feel really welcomed to the area. Nice spot within walking distance to the beach, good cafes nearby, and a nice fire pit in the winter for guests to sit near. The hot tub that is open 24hrs is a great touch too. Would easily come back.

These days, even 4- and 5-star chain hotels are less and less reliable for amenities and a great service experience. The Green Room Hotel shows how a single location hotel can go above and beyond. They have responsive textable customer service for anytime you need something. The beds are COMFORTABLE and clean, so you’ll have a great night of sleep. The room is CLEAN and you can tell they made a concerted effort to have stylish and fun decor. You can walk to the beach and other restaurants and shops. We even walked all the way to the pier. When you stay, I highly recommend walking right down the block for breakfast at Don’s Country Kitchen!! There is also a discreet trash/recyclable disposal area in the parking lot which is very clean and accessible. It’s great since sometimes you have food late-night and want to get rid of the trash right away. Parking lot is free and you don’t have to register your car, just pull in and access your room. I like that you use a code to enter the rooms so you don’t have to worry about carrying around a room key. Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this place as a cute and comfortable staycation/vacation spot! Thanks Green Room!!!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding in Oceanside and decided to stay at The Green Room Hotel. The pictures on the website really capture the charm of this hotel. The hotel concierge is remote but very quickly responds to any messages to them and solves problems quickly. Our lock key reset and they were able to immediately get us back into our room right away. Soaking in the cedar hot tub is a must on chilly nights. The hot tub is centrally located to all of the rooms. The rooms have more amenities than typical hotels. There was a Marshall speaker available to play music from your phone. The tv has access to almost all of the streaming apps available. My boyfriend loved the bed so much, he said that it gave him one of the best sleeps of his life. The mattress is on the stiffer side, I personally like softer mattresses, but I still found it to be comfortable to sleep on. The decorations in the room are all very tasteful and each room apparently is different. There are so many shops within walking distance, you don’t even need a car to get around. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!
