Wish I could give zero stars! Our stay at Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price. We paid over $1,600 for two nights for what was supposed to be an oceanfront room with two queen beds for our family with three young kids. When we arrived, the hotel claimed the reservation was for a king bed, which is something I absolutely would never book traveling with three small children. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the hotel blamed Expedia and refused to take responsibility. Expedia tried calling the hotel multiple times and the front desk wouldn’t answer their calls, leaving us stuck in the king room. To make it even better, the AC was broken in our room so we slept in an 80 degree room. As a VIP Expedia member, we were also supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, which was never provided. For the amount of money this property charges, the service and communication were shockingly poor. Traveling with young kids is stressful enough, and the lack of professionalism and willingness to help made the experience far worse. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful resort located in Palm Beach. The location was great if you’re planning on a little stay-cation. Since it’s on the beach there isn’t much shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby. But everything is within 30 minutes driving. The resort itself was nice. It could use help in some spots though. Our room was nice, we payed extra for the wrap around balcony ocean view room and they placed us on the 1st floor with a view of the outdoor dining area. Room was nice, but pretty sure there was mold in our air vent, or it just needed a good cleaning. The restaurant was good, drinks were good, lunch by the pool was good too. Very pricey menu, but the food was good. We walked to Bennys on the Beach which was on the Pier and that was great to have nearby. The service was not the greatest. I think the resort is short staffed, which is sad because with the right amount of staff the service would be great. The staff that works there now is excellent, attentive, and always willing to help you with whatever you need (umbrella, chairs, towels, food, drinks). Isaiah was awesome, very kind and personable. The resort was clean which was nice. I would go here again for a quick weekend trip or for a little staycation. Don’t go here if you’re planning on being waited on hand and foot…this isn’t that type of resort.

Positive: Right on the beach, clean rooms Negative: off-season, paid extra for ocean view that was half view. there were no cars, no valet - deserted- but they charged for parking. chairs were on the beach but no towels, no service No staff except 1 bartender but charged $50/ day resort fee. Waste!

wish I could leave zero stars. This place is extremely poorly managed from top to bottom. We booked a ResortPass experience and were shocked by the condition of the property. The lounge chairs were ripped and clearly not maintained. Service was just as bad. We ordered pizza and were not given plates or napkins. When my friend asked for a glass of ice, the server told her to use the ice from the bottom of a champagne bucket, completely unacceptable. When the bill arrived, it was not itemized and totaled almost $400. After requesting an itemized receipt, we discovered several incorrect charges, including $72 for two glasses of Veuve champagne that we never ordered, $80 for a cheap bottle of prosecco that would cost $35 anywhere else, and $21 per pizza when the menu price was $18. This felt like a total bait-and-switch. Management needs to take responsibility. The General Manager should walk the property, properly train the staff, and hold the team accountable, starting with himself. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. I would never return. Honestly, a Motel 6 would have been a better experience.

Lovely hotel, terrible service. We booked an oceanfront room and checked into a room with a view of trees, (unless you leaned off the balcony to see a glimpse of water). The staff were annoyed to have to talk with us again when we went back downstairs to switch rooms. An hour later we were in a room with a partial view of the ocean, then to find the balcony door didn't lock. We woke up in the morning to find that the coffee maker was non-functioning, and there was no room service menus or phone number. We went down to the restaurant, was seated at a broken table, waited 10 minutes for the server to come, when he brought coffee it spilled (broken table). We ordered our food, 10 minutes later the server came by to clarify our order. 20 minutes later, with no food, we went and found the manager and he said he would "expedite" our order. 10 minutes later the wrong food came out. That's when we left. Overall, do not recommend

Room 109 from February 11–14. I paid nearly $1,000 per night and experienced several serious issues during my stay. My two guests were denied entry to the property despite me being a registered and fully paid guest. I was treated as if I was being dishonest, which was humiliating. We waited for management to resolve the issue, but no proper solution was provided. The bar service was also below standard, with poorly prepared drinks, and the pizza served on the beach was completely burned. I attempted to contact management after my stay, and my call was never returned. I am requesting a formal response regarding how this situation will be addressed. I can provide receipts and confirmation of my stay if needed. I look forward to your prompt reply.

Paying almost to $800 a night for a room, granted, it’s oceanfront, You would expect a certain level of service. We checked in late and wanted to grab some food. I asked the man at the front desk what time the kitchen was open till he said 11 PM. It was 1030. We were exhausted from traveling when we got to the restaurant they informed us to close at 10 PM. The service around the rest of the hotel is god-awful. They have one person servicing 70 people on the beach: towels, chairs, drinks the whole 9 is covered by just one person, It’s just impossible for that one poor man working to keep up with the entire beach. I went up to the restaurant to place an order for The Beach. The manager gave me a smart remark When I placed an order for food for The Beach. Then he proceeded to make my mother walk the food out To the beach because he didn’t want to get his shoes sandy. The rooms are very nice, but that’s about the only thing that’s positive about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel because this one needs a serious Recommitment to strategy and customer happiness. I guarantee you a 15-year-old can run this hotel better.
