Apple Hostels of Philadelphia

I had a great stay here and would absolutely come back. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere for meeting people and relaxing. The location was perfect, very close to a lot of cool things. A special shoutout to Mai, she was very helpful, friendly, and made everything feel really easy and comfortable. Staff like her make a huge difference in the overall experience. If I had one small note, I do wish the music in the common areas wasn’t quite so loud and repetitive. It didn’t ruin my stay at all, but a little more variety or lower volume would make it even better. Overall, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Positive: I lucked out and shared a 6 bed dorm room with 3 similarly aged women. Although I didn't take advantage of the common areas, there was plenty of entertainment available in house. Negative: ""

The location and staff are great! My only issues are that the rooms are veryyyy warm/stuffy - I visited during the winter and had to open the windows. They also give you your own linens, so you have to make your own bed. But this hostel is pretty affordable for someone just visiting and is close to a lot of interesting places of the city.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were clean, the staff was super nice, showers and washrooms have been taken care off. The atmosphere is really lovely, they really try to capture that European hostel vibe. Which is hard to find in the USA. They had a rocky poster at the entrance of every floor to signify which floor you were on. They had fun activities (which we didn’t participate in due to limited time), the common area looked great and there were people talking and minding their own business. Felt really wholesome and an honest place to sleep at. Would definitely go here again 🙂

Had a great time staying here! Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The location is a 15 minute walk from south street and the Theater of the Living Arts so it was very convenient to where I need to go. Wish it had curtains for the beds, but I dont mind. I reccomend you bring a tote bag to carry your shower supplies and your sheets back and fourth. Would totally stay here again

Honestly such a great hostel that I would recommend to everyone! The bed was great as well as the facilities. Bless the staff who also took into consideration my request for a lower bunk I got there and it had a sign with my name on it being reserved. They also allow baggage storage which is awesome! Great location when you want to walk around to.

I’ve stayed at his hostel 2-3 times and have enjoyed all my stays. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are nice (and cozy warm, in December), beds are comfortable and the shower bathroom areas were clean as well (bathroom would have needed some more cleaning in the morning) but otherwise everything was clean at all times. We also had a little library and reading are right out of our room. If you want to get the real hostel experience you’re definitely in the right place. Radio plays in different languages (which I felt like was very unique) they have an open kitchen/launch area and have events planned out through the week. Oh and the location is amazing, besides that many places and cafes/restaurants are in walking distance, public transportation is basically just around the corner. I’ll definitely come back! Big shoutout to the staff - you’re doing a great job!
