This was a good visit. Check in went smooth and front desk people were very nice. The room still had a $5 tip sitting on the table, no coffee cups, 1 glass was missing it's little paper covering. The shower was a bit sketchy on if someone had used it and the iron was sitting out. I feel they cleaned the room and then someone used the room for a quick change. I really don't know. It was late, we were tired, so we told the front desk - they did offer to move our room - but the bed looked fine so we just stayed. Also in this room the toilet always looked like it was on the verge of overflowing. I would have someone check that out.Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly.

I loved staying here, rooms and amenities rock. But I have to say the bar staff- Stacy and Gloria went way above and beyond to uplift me when I had a rough day. I love seeing a place where people are uplifting because they’re happy at work.

Appeared to be upscale nice hotel. But unfortunately they did meet expectations. TV had no signal—noone to fix it. Pillows mushy junk gave a horrible neck ache. Mattress firm 10" poor quality for this scale hotel no pillow top. After no sleep by 4am moved to the couch. Slept perfectly there. 2 night lights in room you cant turn off to sleep in peace. Sink stopped up. Towels crunchy (no softness) like put in with too much soap and didnt rinse well. BUT absolutely BS was no AC. Turned in work order but was told AC is turned off at night. WHAT its Arizona? Over 78 in the room. I figured just needed to be fixed but for them to shut off standard practice is insane to me. Breakfast was awesome! Wont stay again

We stayed here to catch an early morning flight from Phoenix. The hotel was recently renovated and never before had I seen a lobby of this kind for an Embassy Suites Hotel. It is very well done and has a very impressive finish. The rooms are renovated as well and look sharp. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The drive to airport is about 12 min and there is a sky train from car rental returns to the airport which was all very smooth.

⭐️ Disappointed – Not the Hilton/Embassy Suites experience we expected. Do yourself a favor and pass on this hotel. We recently stayed at this Embassy Suites and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience overall. The hotel is clearly very old, and it is in desperate need of major renovations. On top of that, the overall experience made it feel like it also needs new management, because many of the issues we encountered were ongoing, preventable, and poorly handled. Right when we arrived, I wiped down the counters and the white towel came away disgusting, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Throughout our stay, housekeeping was inconsistent and often incomplete. Our towels were replaced incorrectly (we had 4 and were only given 2), cups left in the sink were not cleaned, and cups were not replaced. Trash was also placed into the trash can without even tying the bag. The room maintenance issues were just as bad. Our toilet constantly ran, and we repeatedly had to remove the lid and attempt repairs ourselves just to get it to stop. The rooms were also very humid and dark, and there was visible mold in multiple rooms within our party. Some guests in our group had no hot water for over four nights, which is completely unacceptable. Beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get quality rest. The property felt poorly managed overall—elevators were constantly broken, sometimes more than one at a time, and the stairs were very difficult to locate or access. Trash cans in the rooms were far too small, and there were no freezers in the rooms, which made it difficult for families traveling with kids. One of the biggest ongoing issues during our stay was the pool towel situation. Over our entire 5-day stay, the pool area consistently had no towels available. Every time we asked, staff repeatedly said they were "coming," and we were told they were trying to keep a "safe environment," but the towels never showed up — or they would take hours. This seems like it cannot possibly be a new problem, and it’s hard to understand why management wouldn’t simply purchase more towels if this is happening constantly. Speaking of families, this hotel was surprisingly unaccommodating for children, and we had multiple disappointing interactions with staff. The security guard was very rude, and we even witnessed bar staff refusing to provide a child with water, even though the child was accompanied by an adult. We also saw multiple guests locked out of their rooms because the door lock batteries were dying, which caused repeated issues and delays. Another concerning detail: we observed cleaning staff mopping the carpeted elevator floors, which seemed unsanitary and ineffective. To top it off, the bathtub in our room was peeling, adding to the overall rundown feel. ✅ Positives: The balcony was very nice The pool was child-friendly and wheelchair accessible The room layout was great The happy hour (2 drinks) was a nice perk The breakfast staff and breakfast were outstanding — truly the best part of the stay Overall, this stay fell far below expectations for a Hilton/Embassy Suites brand. The cleanliness, maintenance problems, and lack of basic accommodations made it difficult to enjoy our trip. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, because this property has potential, but it needs major improvements — and honestly, a complete reset in how it’s being run.

I had a great stay at this Embassy Suites in the Biltmore area. The location is excellent—close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and easy to get around. Mobile check-in was smooth and convenient, and I liked that I could choose my room ahead of time. The hotel has been recently renovated; I’m not sure what it looked like before, but it definitely feels fresh, modern, and even a bit nicer than many other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at.||Breakfast is set up differently here compared to the usual Embassy Suites buffet. Instead, they offer a breakfast bar with made-to-order items. The evening manager’s reception was also great, offering two complimentary drinks and some light snacks.||My room was spacious and faced the pool area. The bed and pillows are extremely soft—perfect if that’s your preference (it is not mine, too soft). There are two TVs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The TV guide feels pretty outdated, but honestly still better than the newer Hilton interface I’m not a fan of. The room also had a wet bar, a vanity area in the bedroom, and even two ceiling fans, which was a nice touch.||I did experience sporadic hot water issues in the shower—sometimes it was warm at best, and other times it was perfectly normal. The fitness center is on the smaller side for a hotel of this size, but there’s a Lifetime Fitness right across the street if you need a more complete gym.||One small inconvenience is the desk placement: it sits on the same wall as the TV, so you can’t really watch it while working. A swiveling wall mount would solve that easily.||Overall, despite a few minor quirks, this will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I return to Phoenix.

I would have to say the only thing that was enjoyable was the Breakfast at this hotel, we were at a hockey tournament and required to stay at this hotel. Need less to say they were not accommodating when we arrived. We showed up to 2 elevators not working. The next day breakfast line was long but ultimately pretty good, even though they were out of pancake batter almost every morning. That night we received a nasty gram from management blaming all the kids for breaking the elevators. Come to find out 2 other elevators broke that morning. The pool was never stocked with enough towels for the kids or most the time no towels. There was always an excuse on why there were none out there. The rooms seemed nice at first glance but our shower head and faucet was loose in the wall and never shut off fully, toilet ran all the time, super humid in the rooms, everytime we got out of the shower the smoke alarm would go off, cleaning staff made the beds and that was it, and only brought enough towels for 2 people even though we had 4 guests and were in a double suite. Now mind you we had no choice on hotel and about 6 to 7 teams were staying here, the hotel staff made it seem like they wanted the kids gone, the security guard was harassing the kids that were on the elevators, the manager was chasing the kids out of every common space in the hotel. Then we heard reports from other guests that didnt have hot water or any water in the shower for the entire stay, also guests got locked out of their room due to the batteries dieing in the door knob, there was mold in a couple of rooms. Was very disappointed in the stay and would not recommend anyone to stay.
