Knights Inn Phoenix at N Black Canyon Hwy

It is a really tuff neighbor. But, most of the people are homeless and addicted. Most will not bother you unless you want them to. I remember being a little girl and this was a nice place. They have hired a really great manager that lives on sight and she doesn't take up with clients nor allow any funny stuff. There is a nude dance club behind hotel and they keep to them selves. I understand that the bar and grill is tasty. There are plenty of security cameras around and Phoenix Police patrol often. You might see them parked down the street watching the parking lot. There is a swimming pool and it is always kept clean and locked. The rooms are hit and miss. My experience has not been good when referencing the rooms; and this is NO REFLECTION on the poor housekeeper. But, there is always evidence of dead insects around the bathrooms. Often, homeless people stay overnight and they bring the pest with them. I don't believe that there is a refrigerator. I don't believe so. But, there is an ice machine. The linens are clean and most of the furniture is broken or malfunction. There are smoking rooms available. You can get a hot shower and given all the above issues you can get a good night's sleep. The air conditioners in the rooms are ice cold.

We checked in yesterday. Went to the room and we got to play The Game. Is it blood or paint? Thankfully, I believe it was just paint. Room was disgusting and bed was not made. And to toilet paper in the bathroom We ended up Going Out and decided not to stay at the Motel. Came back later that night to get our stuff. So the room went unused. I did not ask for a Refund, because we left our stuff in there for a few hours but very disappointed. Probably the worst rooms i've ever seen in a Motel.

So what they found a dead rapper in the bushes named Dmac? If you like to live the fast life this place is for you! Also if you're sick and need help finding crap im sure this place is for you? Don't bring kids. Even though under 17 they stay free. Meh. Sad. Bed Bugs are not a safe thing to have commonly associated with your property. I suggest a major overhaul?

The price is affordable, but in my case, it was a different story. Upon checking in (not clean) the bed was very use, where it was making "SQUEAKY sounds". The AC was kind of out of place to where you can see outside into the parking lot. No TV, just the cable. The bathroom had mole. Hookers hanging around. The room next to me, the door was kick in (by police or someone) and left open. Well never stay here again. I made my reservation online, going by what it look like online. Never again. DONT BELIEVE ANYTING, THAT'S ON THEIR WIBSITE BECAUSE ITS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. :(..

No plug ins work, toilet was clogged with feces when entering, fridge does not work. Maintenance or roomservice refuse to take care of things while room is occupied. Worst of all the remote batteries were stolen. 80 bucks for this room? Don't waste ir money. Better off sleeping in a car.

The stay was good no problems. Clean room and had a great time there. 👍

The manager is way over her head and makes me feel real Uncomfortable like if I'm walking on egg shells for no reason. And I give it up for the cleaning lady Prego if need anything for your room like towels sheet shampoo, she'll have it for u in less then a minute. Shes an all around good person. Always positive, and makes u feel welcomed. I believe shes single handedly holding the knights inn afloat. We need more people in this world like u Prego.
