The Maverick by Kasa

I held my wedding at the Maverick- in the gorgeous ballroom on the second floor and loved it. The hotel is truly beautiful. A perfect spot for wedding photos. It was an exceptional place to host a wedding because guest could stay in the hotel where the rooms were cool and artsy! There is Hey-Babe a restaurant and bar onsite which is lovely. There is places to park near by as well.

Very nice and clean hotel. The virtual front desk attendants are very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended! Very unique layout of furnitures. Love it!

Recently had a weekend here at the Maverick for work. Thoroughly pleased with this boutique hotel. The rooms were fun, decorated well, and clean. The check-in/check-out is online and contact less. I had no issues with either, there was one staff member during the day to assist if needed. I had the please of interacting with Jason from Kasa and he helped me with check-in. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. The bar/restaurant in the hotel Hey Babe was excellent. I couldn’t say more about how delicious the food was and how friendly the staff were. The owner of the restaurant, Rob was seen throughout the night walking through the restaurant assisting and making sure guests were comfortable. The only downside is there is not on-site parking but I parked on the street and fed the meter through the park mobile app while I was there. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, neat style art deco kinda vibe. Nice touches like wine glasses with cork screw, ear plugs if you needed them. Spacious room. Just a nice vibe. Did not need any service. All self serve and worked great for me. Self check in and out, everything through my phone including opening the door. Parking is all paid parking in lots or on the street. Because of my later check in and leaving pretty early in AM, I parked in lot behind the hotel and ended up not paying any for parking.

Last minute reservation, just an hour or two before I needed it. I was a little worried that all the remote/virtual components would take too long to process and I’d be stuck waiting. Nope! Absolutely perfect stay. I got all the confirmations and verifications within 30min and arrived to a gorgeous, kitschy, extremely comfortable room with an outstanding view of the cathedral filling my entire window. The large soaking tub was a TREAT, and I made good use of it! I appreciated the extra touch of the little tray to rest my cup of tea on. 🙂 The little touches made all the difference. The hefty coffee mugs, high quality tea bags, and the quick boiling kettle were so appreciated. The bed was so comfortable and the provided soaps were high quality. The ONLY upgrade I have would be the shower water pressure. It was pretty weak making for a less than satisfying shower, but this was minor to me compared to the great comfort of the stay. I loved it so much I’d come back just to stay here!

The NICEST hotel I have ever stayed at! My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary trip and it was beautiful. Checking in was so easy and the room was beautiful. We were right on the 5th floor and had an amazing view! The room was huge and SO clean! Being able to text virtual assistant anytime we needed anything was so convenient! The hotel was within walking distance to coffee shops, target, restaurants and more! The location was so convenient and despite it being right by the road it was nice and quiet! We definitely will be back with how nice and relatively affordable the room was for how huge it was! Not to mention the provided toiletries were AMAZING!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Maverick by Kasa in Pittsburgh, PA. The text comminication prior to check-in made it seamless. I appreciated the info provided about parking availability. Loved the room itself--clean, freshly laundered linens, plenty of comfortable pillows, abundant towels. The room had everything we needed, including a microwave, fridge, coffee, tea and water. I requested a room that would give us some privacy if possible and although they said there were no guarantees (yes, they were extremely responsive via text), they accommodated us. Beyond my expectations for service and amenities!
