Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel. I travel to Dallas quite frequently for work and began staying here about 3 years ago. Because I love it so much, I have convinced all my coworkers who also travel to Dallas to stay here too. The morning bistro staff is the MAIN reason that I come here. She remembers me, my order and treats me like family. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. Hospitality is a very demanding job but she is always pleasant and it just really makes my day.

Severely overpriced hotel with average service. I asked for a wake up call and the hotel staff member showed up at my door banging on it at 7am, hopefully, he did not woke up half the floor.

The service and attentiveness were excellent; however, the room quality did not meet expectations. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows provided little support, resulting in persistent neck soreness throughout my stay. Additionally, the doors are extremely heavy and tend to slam shut, causing frequent noise disturbances day and night. At times I would be woken up in the middle of the night due to the slamming of the doors. I will not be staying here again for any future business trips.

Typical courtyard experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and have all the essentials you expect out of them. The draw backs were the mattresses which is too soft / coils pushing against back to have a comfortable night sleep. Old individual AC unit is too loud

Nice clean quiet place to stay, very affordable and they have a minimal deposit compared to any other hotels. Only 20$. Close to restaurants and some places to grab drinks making it convenient even if you don't mind a ten min walk. You have to pay for breakfast and you have free coffee in your room. Basic snacks, soda pop, microwave dinners if your starving. Good well lit parking and even a free open air parking garage. Front desk is very accommodating!

Check in was so fast, my girl kimberly was very helpful when we had questions and requests. She even recommended spots to try that aligned with our preferences. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hallways and common areas were clean and tidy. The location is so close to all the main dallas spots.
