Atlantis Casino Resort Spa

The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is one of our favorite hotel and casino destinations in Northern Nevada. We don’t visit as often as we used to, but it’s always such a wonderful experience when we do. What truly stands out is when employees remember you — even after many months. Meagan is fast, friendly, and provides excellent customer service! She not only remembered my face, but even my drink order. That kind of personal recognition makes me feel genuinely valued. It means so much to know that after all this time, she still remembered us and our order. Experiences like this are what keep us coming back.

Since I was snowed in with my granddaughter, Mr Hernandez in hotel services, provided us with exceptional service and care. I didn't have a reservation but he was a lifesaver. Also the rooms were luxurious and my granddaughter was so happy to spend time in the fun arcade. The Manhattan deli was great! My favorite place will always be Atlantis!!

Positive: the decor inside was creative and fun. I enjoyed just walking the halls and looking at the design and attention to detil. It was beautiful! Negative: nope. all good

Nice property! Stayed here for a week during a recent conference. Comfortable clean rooms, great service, convenient location & nice food options. Has a walkway that connects to convention center. Smoking on main floor can be overwhelming...maybe a better ventilation system is needed? Great that they offer airport shuttle. Would stay here again if I return to the area.

I have been going to Atlantis my whole life as a Reno resident. I had stayed there a little while back and was completely disrespected by the entire management and security team. I would never recommend staying here. Instead I would advise everyone thinking about staying at the Peppermill or GSR. I was kicked out of my room while the entire security team hurried me to pack my bags and leave me on the street for the night. The only thing I did "wrong" was try to walk my friend out of the casino while security belittled me and threatened me as I tried to LEAVE. Management did not do a single thing except escalate the situation. I do not think they liked that we were winning (a small amount to mention) at the blackjack table. It was horrible service and very unprofessional how they handled the entire situation. This place is a joke of an establishment. They will kick you to the curb with no regard to your safety or well being. Do not stay here.

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is absolutely top-tier. From the moment you walk in, everything feels upscale, clean, and well run. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the casino floor is lively without feeling overwhelming, and the restaurants are outstanding with tons of great options. Staff throughout the property are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether you’re there to gamble, relax, eat well, or unwind at the spa, the Atlantis delivers a first-class experience every time. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Reno. 🎰✨

Atlantis Casino lives up to its name. I love the all you can Eat sushi (in the glass bridge) that spans over South Virginia Street. The steakhouse is delicious as well (though got very sick after eating the seafood tower). The rooms are very nice and spacious. Never experienced the concierge floor. I enjoy the rooms that face Mount Rose over downtown. Definitely opt for a high floor, the elevator comes with a view. Casino floor is wide open and tons of slots and table games. Staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy their work and interacting with hotel guests and casino patrons. Definitely recommend.
