Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Angelo

I am giving 2 stars because the hotel does not tell you that they charge for parking. |We prepaid online for the hotel and when we got there they took our credit card for incidentals. |Nothing at all was mentioned about a parking fee.|No signs in the lobby or on the door entering the hotel. |Once I saw the fee on my credit card (2.50 per day) I called and asked about it. |They don't do refunds even though this is a hidden, non-disclosed fee. They say they rely on the third party websites that allow reserving their hotel to disclose the fee. They can't be held responsible for that even though they make 0 effort to disclose it on site.|I have never seen a hotel in a suburban type area charge for parking unless they have covered or garage parking and I have stayed here before without the charge (2+ years ago)

This is one my favorite places to stay. It's always clean 👌 and the breakfast is always good. The staff is always great 👍.

I always stay at this hotel when we are in town for softball or stock shows. Always around a $100 a night this time was $200 a night. No hot water fridge doesn't work well and night desk clerk just kinda blew it off when I called

Pam was the best! My dog got off of the leash and she drove me around and helped me find her. Such a kind lady and it makes you realize there are still good people in this world!

Marriott Bonvoy has reduced housekeeping and washing of towels and linens. And for that reduction in service, they now charge a "sustainability fee." What a scam, they are profiting from providing a lower level of service while calling it "green" and insinuating that it’s some kind of government-required fee. If you complain, they will remove this fraudulent fee. But beware, it isn’t disclosed when booking.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. The room was clean and very nice!! The price was suitable for the room. We will always pick here when we need a place to stay. The coffee and breakfast was good and there was a good selection. We will definitely stay here again.

Great service! The rooms are exceptionally clean! Every employee had a smile on their face and made a point of saying hello even when passing in the hallway! Check in was super fast! The front desk gave us several recommendations for dinner! Will definitely stay here again!
