Hampton Inn San Angelo

The amenities at this location are great. Staff is great, fitness center well equipped, and breakfast looked fine. The rooms however leave a bit to be desired. Walls are paper thin, the fridge sounds like an asthmatic Darth Vader, and the tub is shedding like a snake. It wouldn't be so bad except theyre charging a premium price for the area. Many cheaper options that will provide a similar or better experience.

Over the top friendly staff with a lot of amenities. The room was spacious, clean, well lit and the water pressure was great with hot water. This location is pet friendly and just outside the front door is a large space to walk your pet. Everyone we met from the awesome breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff were excellent and made you feel welcome. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit San Angelo.

This hotel is in a huge need for a remodel. The nightstand drawers and other drawers would not stay closed, room 203. They were tilted and the drawers stayed open. Tub was dirty. It has a low spot in the middle and the water ponds there. The plugin on the light near the bed stand has a short in it. The treadmill in the fitness room was not working. They did not serve a hot breakfast on Tuesday 10.28. Only waffle and pastries. The location on the app takes you over 12 miles in the middle of nowhere. The hotel should have this changed and could if they tried. I own a business and Google maps did this to me. After a few calls and emails, they corrected it. This is an older hotel and the fact it’s still mis-located on maps for this long shows pure laziness from management. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be staying here again.

Wonderful business stay. Great Staff. Good hot breakfast I didn't use it. But the staff looked amazing preparing it. Quiet and ducked off.

As soon as you walked into the hotel it smelled clean. The front desk clerk was very nice. The room and bathroom was very clean.

Stayed for thanksgiving weekend and unfortunately the experience was not so great. My main issue was the rooms were not cleaned properly. The building itself is old needs a make over. I would give specifics, but the management should know by now at customers expect from a clean hotel room. There are other hotels in the area that are newer and costs the same. I wouldn’t book this place again.

This hotel was dingy and dirty and just musty and ooooooohhhh I’m just getting goosebumps thinking of it!!! I got disgustingly SICK from some of there 24/7 "fresh coffee" old coffee + unclean thermos carafe = Explosive Diarrhea!! = No Fun!! Also, from a person with extreme mobility issues in a wheelchair, I could not maneuver in and around The tight room that is supposed to be ADA Compliant!! Hahaha no CHANCE!!! Completely useless front desk staff!!
