Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham San Angelo

Front desk clerk provided exceptional customer service. Hotel was nice and clean through out the facility. I would stay at this hotel again.

Honest Review: If there was a choice to stay between this hotel and the Wyndham I would choose this hotel, HOWEVER we would never stay here again. I think Lauren was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is trying to stay afloat from what I can tell. Thin and overused towels. The hotel is old and needs a remodeling and a deep cleaning. It was quiet so that’s a plus and it is located conveniently. Once again, I WOULDNT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. The manager gave weird, distant vibes. If you just need a bed, then this is the place for you. If you are expecting hotel services this AINT IT!

The room had torn carpet and the bathroom had hair all over the floor and walls

The room was clean, and neat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There could have been a few more options on the breakfast bar, but at least it wasn't a continental breakfast like most hotels offer now.

Had a great stay. This is the best deal you can get in San Angelo. Everyone was courteous and polite. It’s not fancy but it was clean and met our needs. I wished they had queen beds instead of doubles but we made it work.

The only "two bed" rooms they have are full size beds…super small. Each bed had three square pillows. I asked the front desk if they had any standard size pillows and they do not. The bathroom had a dirty feel and gave me the ick. We paid over $150 for this room and I am extremely disappointed.
