The front desk people at check in and out were wonderful. The person helping with breakfast was also great. The breakfast food was good for what it was. Love me some Texas shaped waffles! The pillows were meh and the furniture was a bit busted up (mostly just normal wear and tear) but the room was clean and the shower was one of the best hotel showers I have experienced. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!, The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of hot and cold items, and Chick-fil-A in the parking lot if you don't like what they have. I had absolutly no issues with my stay here.

Front desk workers were friendly and very accommodating to our large group of 24 people. They honor military/government rate as well. Rooms were super clean, beds very comfortable, and downstairs lobby area is good for group meetings and can seat a lot of people.

Positive: It was easy to reserve, the room was super clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the fitness room was very good, and the pool was very refreshing and clean. Also, the breakfast was very nutritious and nice and hot. Negative: I noticed nothing that needed improvement during my stay. I?m a very satisfied customer.

First of all, room #324 smells like sewage. There might be others that do, as well. We kind of smelled it in the lobby after checking in. We hoped that it was just a passing smell, but weren't so lucky. We stayed in the room for about 2 hours before going back to the front desk to complain. Fortunately, the young lady at the front desk was helpful and moved us to another room. She said she sometimes smells the sewage smell. If it wasn't for her, it would be a 1-star review. Also, the TVs are set to a maximum volume. The maximum volume allowed is so low that you can barely hear them. This was the case in both rooms that we were in, so I would think it's probably the same in all rooms. Overall, the hotel and rooms just didn't seem clean. Marks on the walls, dust and crumbs on the side tables, etc. One other thing. This hotel sits right beside an active railroad track. Just another thing to add into the equation when booking. The fact is that there are way too many other options in the same price range to settle for this hotel.

Our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, the room was clean and the free breakfast was decent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathroom door was a sliding one, and it was very difficult to open / close. The shower had mold all around the bottom edges and was pretty gross. Would we stay here again? It definitely wouldn't be our first choice, but if there are no better options available, probably so.

The hotel itself is so nice. We pick hotels for what meets our accommodations. One, is the breakfast.. the breakfast itself was also good. However, there is a woman at the breakfast section that literally waits for the spoon to be set down so she can clean the spoon. I get it, it's policy. I started passing the spoon around to the people that were in my group so she wouldn't hover over us.. Then the whole time while we were eating we were just being watched. So uncomfortable and made me not want to eat breakfast the next day.
