Executive Chef Review - The front staff seem to be well trained and very friendly. I was very impressed with the room arrangement and the view. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was very clean and exciting just to stay in. When I was most impressed with was the breakfast. I've been in many hotels that offer breakfast in the morning, but this stood out in many ways. It was beautifully displayed with a good selection. And even though I entered at the end of the breakfast, I could have sworn it was the beginning. The utensils and vessels that were used to display everything were top notch. You feel like an executive eating in that kitchen. Thank you for making my stay amazing.

My stay at the Hyatt was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Darren at the front desk went above and beyond—everything he did was marked by excellence. It truly felt like white-glove service. He handled every detail with care, presented himself so professionally, and was incredibly attentive to all of my needs. His customer service was truly stellar. Marlene was also wonderful. Her customer service was excellent, and her warm smile and genuine hospitality made me feel immediately welcome. The room was spotless, and each day I returned to a clean room with thoughtful special touches that made the stay feel extra special. I loved my experience at this Hyatt and very much look forward to coming back.

We stayed here recently and it was ok. We stayed in a king room. The room was large, with a separate living room with a sofa bed and a mini-fridge. The pillows are pretty soft, so you may need a few to get comfortable. The water in the shower to a really long time to get hot. The pool is slightly heated, but still pretty chilly. The fitness center was nice. I used the treadmill and weights a couple times. The breakfast options looked good. Breakfast wasn’t included, but it was only $8 a day if needed.

Stayed one night in preparation for Six Flags, the staff was okay checking in and the hotel was clean and well maintained. In the morning for breakfast the staff was much more hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety of options. I had French toast, scrambled eggs, and sausage. The room itself was a king suite with a couch, desk, chair, and small refrigerator. The room was clean and maintained well. Honestly a great experience and good location with Walmart, Costco, and Dutch Bros all close by.

I enjoyed my stay! I had to change rooms once due to an A/C issue/odor, but both rooms were very spacious and clean. I appreciate the staff for being so understanding and accommodating, thank you all for making me feel at home!

We stayed with my daughter so we can see her husband graduate from his military training. During our visit there we only had one time across four nights that room service was there at all. The last night we had to go down and request extra towels and toilet paper. There was no microwave available in the room nor downstairs in the dining area which made reheating food a little difficult. The room itself was okay. The staff was friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. Well they said the pool was heated it actually was cold to touch when getting in and took a while to adjust to.

Hotel was clean and up to date. The lights in the bathroom area were so dim it was like showering in the dark. They could improve on the lighting in the room. The pillows were flat with lumpy beds. Bedding needs replaced. It was good for a group of people to meet up in lobby.
