The Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton

I don't write a lot of reviews but I just wanted to take a minute to give these incredible folks 5 stars. I originally booked a 2 night stay. But I kept extending my reservation because I was having such a great time. I ended up staying at the hotel for over a week. All the amenities are top notch. The gym has high quality equipment. The restaurant has great food and live music. The pool area is beautiful and they have delicious frozen drinks. And the location of the hotel is perfect -- right on Scottsdale's greenbelt (which you can explore with the hotel's complimentary bicycles) and just a few minutes drive to everything in Scottsdale. But the main reason I stayed so long was the incredible customer service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They took care of everything I needed right away. Thanks for an awesome vacation. I can't wait to stay here again some time soon!

My friend and I went for a girls weekend. The location was good. The pool was nice. Our room was big. The amenities were great. We had a small hiccup but management took care of it right away. We took yoga and the instructor was really good. My friend loved that the gym had a Peloton! The eggs Benedict were fabulous. We spent a long morning at the spa. Julie was my masseuse and she was fantastic. The plunge pool was super cold. The hot tub was super hot and the steam room was beautifully scented. A great way to end the weekend! Highly recommend 🙂

Looking for a Spa Resort getaway and found this classic Southwest mission style Hotel by Hilton. Most other resorts have an 'all inclusive' setup. After booking this place we were kind of surprised that the pricing is broke down. You pay for the room stay separate from the Spa.. and the only disappointment (not that bad really) was there is no hot tub with the swimming pool. The staff are professional, the pool is fantaatic (water falls and is heated in winter) and the rooms are amazing! The walls are solid, so we didnt hear any noises what so ever (even being on the ground floor), and the lighting in the room was spectacular (dimming options). Also Beds are nice and have many pillows, comfortable. The only other thing is parking is, at first, confusing. But the Valet has the overnight self parking passes ($25 for 24 hours) and the parking entrance is at the far end from the main dropoff/pickup, and is upstairs. The walk is not that bad to the rooms from the parking lot. I would recommend this resort for a nice stay-cation as well.

Had a great stay at the Scottsdale resort & spa! This was my 3rd time staying here and we've loved it every time! The resort is beautiful and we love how much space the rooms have. Beds are extremely comfy. We came for the stay well weekend and loved the different wellness events they hosted!! Can't wait to come back

Gina and Angie are phenomenal!!! Absolutely loved staying here and these two made our stay exceptional! Thank you so much. From the restaurant downstairs, live music, and speakeasy upstairs…. I’m blown away! Thank you Gina for the perfect cocktails and Angie for bringing your creations back to life as you heal you arm- your signature drinks are out of control! I love everything about this property and the people who work there! I’ll be back!

I rarely write reviews but I enjoyed my stay at the resort celebrating my husband’s birthday. I enjoy a hotel where there are various activities on the property. We purchased a spa pass and had a great time relaxing and enjoying the spa’s amenities. The property also offered yoga classes but they conflicted with our schedule. We peaked into the game room but did not utilize it nor did we have time to visit the Madam (more of a reason to come back) I would say the highlight of my experience was the stellar customer service I received. Every morning we ate at the breakfast spot on site and we were warmly greeted by Jayme who always made sure we were taken care of. Outside of Jayme, staff were really great and they even supported us through a room service discrepancy regarding an older menu. I would highly recommend.

Stayed at this hotel this past weekend. Primary downside: Arrived late on Saturday evening. The front desk attendant said, "We have you in the Stillman Suites. You will have a view of the golf course and a private pool". We got to the entrance to our suite, room key entry, walked into a narrow stairway with hideous carpeting to up to our room. Same carpet in the room. (See photos, ugh...) View was of the parking lot, I still don't know where the pool was. Good things: bed was very big and very comfortable. TV was huge, shower was clean and very nice. Room service food and delivery was great albeit expensive. Staff at the bar were great and very attentive. Additional bad things: light on one side of bed was out, electrical outlet there too. Light above closet did not work, programming on TV was very ho hum. For almost $900 for two nights, I expected more from my stay.
