Sheraton Sioux Falls Hotel & Convention Center

Last minute trip to SD so we stopped here for a night. Loved this hotel. Interior was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The beds were soft and comfortable and the towels were so nice. Instead of the hard squares most hotels have these are nice, big, soft bath towels. The staff was friendly and the man who checked us in even asked if we wanted extended check out since we arrived so late. We will definitely come back here when we go back to SD again.

Positive: The decor, bar and restaurant in one area inside the hotel Negative: They gave us 6 feathered pillows without any substance. We thought the pillows were horrible. Until we checked out and hotel employee said we should've had 4 Firm and 2 feathered ones. Noooo!!!! We had 6 feathered totaled. It became a laughable moment though.

Such a great experience from the front desk to the rest of the staff in the hotel. Every one is so kind and friendly. The room was worth every penny and was very clean. The M lounge is also a great spot to just relax after a long day and was nice to have a variety of snacks and drinks. Thank you again for the wonderful stay

My recent stay at the Sheraton was profoundly disappointing, falling drastically short of the brand's standards. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was unclean with hair covering the toilet, and the trash bin had not been emptied from the previous guest. When I reported this to the front desk, the agent initially refused my request for a new room, claiming the hotel was fully booked. It was only after I insisted on speaking to a manager that she "found" an available room a process that felt unnecessarily difficult and lacked any apology for the oversight. The second room, while clean, was in a severe state of disrepair. The carpet was visibly stained, the walls were marked and torn in places with what appeared to be renovation notes, and the shower tub was not properly cleaned. The bathroom fan was extremely loud with no option to turn it off, making rest impossible. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the hotel from the dim, depressing lobby to the hallways and rooms felt neglected and unwelcoming. My experience was compounded by a lack of genuine customer care. I do not recommend this property in its current state. Until it undergoes a comprehensive renovation and management overhaul, travelers should seek alternative accommodations.

It was nice. We were club level atrium. We had a hard time falling asleep due to all the chit chat at the bar but otherwise it was great the gentleman I got to speak with in the club lounge were just great!! I wish I had gotten their names I remember seeing the name tag of one it was a unique but cool name and the dinner guy from last night were just really great conversationalists!!! We’d spoke about idioms last night and horses this morning. Today, this morning Heidi was just a hard worker and kept the lounge in tip top shape!! Kudos to those employees!!! They are all top notch. I liked the lounge better than the room!! Walls had a lot of white smudges on them and the bath tub was subpar television is tiny and the comforter is definitely needing replacement. The pull out couch was absolutely terrible!!! Stained and all spring no passing the pillows need a revamp. So honestly had it not been for the club lounge (great food and snacks and excellent coffee) and the employees that tended it this stay would have been given 2 stars but they made it all a great place to be!!

I stayed here on 2 separate stays the week of Oct 2 and both stays were great. The front desk staff Tayshaun and then Brant made me feel welcome and provided great service. Both are a big plus for this property. Housekeeping was also very friendly and understanding after I spilled some coffee grounds on the carpet. Nice hotel, great staff.

Great breakfast served by Joey, one of best servers I’ve ever had. He was courteous, cheerful and extremely attentive. He made me feel welcome the moment I entered the restaurant.
