Best Western Plus City Center

Beautiful Hotel. Breakfast was very good. Excellent location to walk to everything downtown town. Parking can be limited for large vehicles. Just West of the hotel are two parking lots $9.00 for all day parking. Can be noisy at night from external noise but not unexpected from being in the downtown core. We would definitely stay here again.

Customers service was great and they greet you before entering place are clean only thing was ac unit also need attention in one of the rooms otherwise its All good . Breakfast only thing they should improve is add another waffle maker pan line is long on waiting to make waffles.

I had a great experience at the Best Western Plus City Center. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to check in and out of. What really stood out was the customer service. I accidentally left my iPad in my room and didn’t realize until I was already at my track meet at The Podium. I called the hotel hoping they might be able to help, and the owner/manager personally drove it over to me so I could film my team in time. She was incredibly kind and even refused to take money when I offered. I really appreciated how helpful and straightforward she was about the whole situation. I’m very grateful and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Spokane.

Bed was firm. Our room was facing the road. It had some traffic noise. I was not charged to park in their lot, as I read I would on some site. Next stay I would ask for a room on the other side of building. Easy walk to restaurants, the theater and Riverfront park!

We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel in Spokane. It's in a great location, just off the Centennial Way and Riverfront Park. Downtown is only a short walk away. The hotel is well-appointed, including a fitness centre. We stayed in a very spacious, smart room with double Queen beds: it also had a large refrigerator, microwave and decent coffee machine. Breakfast is included in the rate and it was delicious - lots of choice. There was a hiccup when we arrived and our credit card was charged twice but they sorted it straightaway. Only one downside really and that was the very busy road to the front of the hotel ... there is a set of traffic lights and everyone seems to set off like they're in a NASCAR race: it is very noisy at times.

I love this hotel! There are many options to stay at but nothing like the warm welcome we received here! I can tell the owners are very aware of a perfect stay because as soon as I walked in I felt like they already knew me! I’ll be back more because of the joy and comfort I felt and the location and BW staff gave me! The room was super amazing too!

The hotel was clean, very nice atmosphere, free breakfast. When I made my reservation the receptionist messed it up. I was supposed to come in on Sunday night after work and stay until Wednesday. When I got there Sunday night my reservation was not right. When I spoke to the manager Meredith she was not helpful at all and was very rude about my concerns. I was quoted a cost for my stay and that is the amount I had set aside. I had to rearrange some finances and put off paying another bill so I could pay for the mistake made by the front desk. I will never stay at this place again.
