so we stayed 3 nights. first rooms ac did not work,we had it going for hrs and it was still hot in there & the security/maintenance came in and confirmed it and had us go ring the bell to wake front desk up so we could move rooms. she seemed very annoyed by this but moved us. we bought another night the next night so now on our 2nd night, everything was fine in the 2nd room. now its the 3rd day and she was very annoyed it seemed since we got there, so we go up before checkout and let her know were gonna get another night, and she says come check in at 1. we get there at 1 and as we walk in she says "its not 1 yet!" when it literally was. and guess where we got put back? in the same room that the AC does NOT cool the room down. we already felt like she was being kinda mean to us so we just didnt say anything again .. pillows are FLAT so we had to ask for extras when we first got there and needed them again on the 3rd night since we left the other room, and she said they'd bring it at the end of the shift yet never did. I was literally falling behind the bed sleeping bc how bad the bed was and the pillows. i looked up other hotels while there for the same price that also included breakfast and way nicer, so will be going there for now on ... security guy was really nice though. 🙂 our room also didnt have shower soap. only hand soap. but the security guy grabbed us some.
The front desk lady is a complete liar. I called down to the office immediately after getting to my room When I noticed that there was no electricity in the bathroom and the electrical box of the switch was exposed, along with the live wires. That was the most alarming thing I noticed, however there were many other issues with the room: Broken cupboard, only one lamp worked, dirty floors, dirty toilet, door frame had been broken from someone busting in the room, etc etc. While I was on the phone with the front office, I asked if I could have a different room to which she responded that all of the rooms in the hotel were full and there was no other room available, but that she would send the maintenance guy to come fix the issue. The maintenance guy never arrived. And when I checked online, there were still plenty of rooms available to be booked in the hotel for that evening. This made sense, seeing as there were only three cars in the entire parking lot. She straight up lied to me. She stuck me in a broken room and then refused to move me to a better one. I think she’s prejudice or racist or something. I have no idea why someone would do that. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to have a pleasant day somewhere.
Stayed there for a week and the entire stay I was without a phone in my room. Complained to staff every day multiple times to no avail! Staff was rude, short, and not helpful whatsoever. This was not my only complaint: at about 3days into my stay the power went out abruptly and my bathroom lights sparked. This happened in the morning and it took the entire day to fix the issue. I was told by another guest power was out on the rest of the wing as well. Very scary, electrical issues are serious business folks. Won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies!
There are a lot of great food places close by the teriyaki spice is pretty good. The hotel is nice no smoking rooms but there’s plenty of places outside to smoke. The showers hot the outlets work. The bed was firm I don’t like soft beds. Washington is a rough place and it was nice spending time inside. Ready for the next city.
first off, the location is pretty good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and coffee shops too. There are several microbreweries in the area. It's easy to get in and out of the place. The front desk host was very nice. However, I do not recommend room 202. And unfortunately even when I called up front to get the bathtub temperature control fixed they said they'd send some one but it never got fixed over the next two days. From photos, the other rooms I've seen looked pretty good. I do not recommend this room. There was dog hair under the bed. And many items were in disrepair. It did look to recently have been painted. The sheets were clean as well as the bathroom and sink. The carpets were stained badly. Also be aware there is a raised train track directly behind the hotel. This did not bother me but I could see how some people would be bothered by the constant trains going by.
This place is absolutely disgusting the carpet , THE CARPET !! IS STICKY !! Stick to your shoes sticky . There's blood on the shower curtain, it was filthy , felt very unsafe, the remote control wash just the nastiest greasiest thing I've ever seen there was blood maybe feces on the wall in the door jam of the bathroom, cigarette burns all over the side of the tub , everything we own is going straight to the Laundromat because I'm terrified of bed bugs , we only stayed here because our camping stuff was rained out in Idaho and had to go on to Washington the next day for appointment, I booked it through my credit card app there was no reviews . Do not stay here. The last at the front desk was sweet tho.
Horrible DON’T STAY! Their Racks Fell off of the holders and the wheel on the chair wasn’t attached, the tv didn’t work, and neither did the room phone, the staff are horrible and extremely unaccommodating. They’ve got holes in the walls and the walls are super dirty. Do. Not. Stay.
