Knights Inn Sterling Heights

Wish I saw the reviews for this place! Booked through Delta. It was dirty, I saw roaches running everywhere once opening the door. I thought I was seeing things until I stepped towards the fridge. Thankfully I caught it before any of our belongings came inside. DO NOT STAY HERE

Positive: You can park in front of room. Negative: Housekeeping started bothering us before check out and continued harassing us even after we paid. The carpet was nasty. The walls and floor messed up.

We had to leave at 4am because of yelling and shouting right outside our door. The room needed a remodeling. Stains on walls and ceiling.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! it might seems like a good deal BUT this is not a safe place, the room door is completely unsecured and can open with a small push, the rooms smell like smoke and humidity and very unhealthy and unpleasant place to sleep, I booked it and left right after the first 5 minutes i spent in that place and gave up on my money because of all this also tried another room even worst. Ppl there looked so creepy, furniture is very old and dirty, sheets turned from white to yellow due to how old it is. For your peace of mind find something else.

They are remodeling the rooms. I stayed in one and it was great! New bed! New TV, bed, AC and furniture!

I had booked in to the KNights Inn on Nov 17 for a 2night stay with the usual expectation of any North American hotel. As we walked into the room, there was a bad odour in the room, the bed spreads were stained, the bedlinen was grey in clour and looked dirty. The bed looked like it had been slept in and|| and the covers pulled over. There wasno clock in the room and no phone. When I searched in the drawere, I finally found a phone but no cord. I looked all over for a cord to connect the phone, no such luck. Free WIFI was adverertised but thre was not even a single bar of |WIFI showing. We decided to cancel and went back to reception. The man at the window said I had to take it up with Expedia since this was an online booking.||We canceled both nights and left for another hotel. I would like a full refund

After a long drive with two toddlers I appreciated an early quick check-in AND a smile. Yes it’s a motel. Yes, it was not the four seasons but it worked! Clean tubs clean linen clean microwave clean fridge AND the tv worked! Yes I could nit-pic but I stayed the weekend and it was peaceful. Close to food and gas station.
