Met my needs for somewhere to sleep after a concert but it was very bare bones. No water or coffee in the lobby or hair dryer in the bathroom and didn't like that I HAD to use the kiosk to check in. It would be nice as an option but I feel more comfortable knowing someone is attending the lobby and having a non-virtual person to talk to during check-in/out. Also could not get the AC working and woke up roasting.

We picked the most basic room and basic it was not! The apartment style comfort is exactly what I’ve been missing when traveling! A burner, cutting board and a decent size fridge! Beds were comfy! Pillows were thin but comfy and I could ask for another one! You exchange your linens instead of a house cleaner coming in while you’re not there, which I love because I’m not fond of strangers being around my belongings. There’s not a 24/7 Office personell but there’s a kiosk with 24/7 availability and you speak to a LIVE ACTUAL PERSON on the camera! I thought that was modern and incredibly! Will DEFINITELY be booking here again when I come and visit!

The other review on this hotel is accurate and I should have believed it rather than the pictures. I expected a lounge chair in the room shown in some of the pictures but the accessible room I reserved for my wife who has trouble in the shower had only 2 straight back chairs. NO amenities include no Kleenex tissues, only one plastic glass, no lobby coffee or coffee maker in room.........basically nothing unless you "purchase" linen exchange, coffee maker, cookware/dishware pack. Nothing except one very small bar of soap.| Yes the hotel is new but the vinyl flooring means you will hear a LOT of noise from next door and above; walls are thin. Finally, the location on the very noisy highway. that is loud even though my room is not facing the road.|Counting the days to leave on my one week stay while in town for a family funeral. |Will never stay again. and already booked next weeklong stay elsewhere for only a bit more that has a full equipped kitchen, sofa and breakfast.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. My partner and I were arriving in the early morning hours where we called to make sure someone could check us in. They let us know there was a 24 hour kiosk to use. Upon arriving at 4AM the kiosk was "down for an audit" and we were told to come back. At 4AM after a 6 hour drive we went to seek accommodations at another hotel. Upon arriving back at the wood spring the next morning to check in to our original reservation we were told our reservation was canceled and we were marked as a no show. Then we were informed the hotel was fully booked and we couldn’t stay there. So between their misinformation provided, failed technology, and lack of customer service I would never stay at a wood spring hotel. Terrible experience.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. the kios charges you twice and you won't be refunded When you call the front desk. I paid about $300 for one night. And I only got 100 back the hotel is only supposed to charge a deposit and the room fee.

We staying at the hotel now. There is a bad smell all over the hotel. Loud people staying up until 2am I’m writing this review after having only 2 hours of sleep. If you don’t have a property manager to check and make sure everything is ok why do you run a hotel. Once more why in the hell does your hotel smell like sewers or like chloride what is the source of the smell

if you like CLEAN NON DOG PISS SMELLING ROLMS DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! i stayed here for a quick stay just to shower and sleep, and I could barely even do that. If you are not familiar with virtual kiosk, I would recommend you do not stay here! I checked in last night at 9:45 Went up to the room to shower and laid in the bed after working a 16 hour shift. As soon as your bed hits one of the two thinnest pillows I have ever seen you smell nothing but a putrid smell of dog urine coming from the crack of the bed where your head lays. it is very predominantly on the side closest to the wall so I scoot over to the side that’s closest to the nightstand where you can kind of smell it. So I kneel down on the ground and realize that the room has not been properly cleaned. There is dried caked up sauce in between the bed and the nightstand and an old sauce container from previous guest as I did not eat or drink anything in the room.This is a location that front desk closes at 5 PM so there is no on site physical staff for you to talk to and get any type of help or accommodations from. so I do my best to make it through the night so that way I can talk to a live physical person in person and not overseas who is not truly equipped to handle my concerns. The lady barely could even prompt the payment system to allow me to do tap to pay when I was checking in. The kiosk is offered as a way to check in and check out somebody who has never been to a hotel that does not have physical humans for an overnight stay would not know to go to a virtual kiosk that’s advertised as a check in and check out method. so this morning when I go to finally talk to somebody in person About being refunded since I paid $98 to stay in a clean room and not in a room that smell smells like dog piss and is dirty I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Paul, who was very condescending and not understanding, and as somebody who used to work at a hotel is customer service skills are horrible, and he would do better cleaning the rooms than being a guest facing person. he told me because I didn’t check out last night that they can’t refund me, but where was I supposed to sleep at in my car? cutting cost but at what cost? spend your money else where. if you like CLEAN NON DOG PISS SMELLING ROLMS DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
