Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa -Usf-Busch Gardens by IHG

We had not been to Busch Gardens in a long time and decided to check out their holiday attractions. This hotel was perfectly situated for this. It is diagonal across the street from the park (although it would be quite a long walk to the park because of where the pedestrian entrance is located). The hotel is a standard Holiday Inn Express with comfortable rooms and the dependable breakfast. Love those cinnamon rolls! There is an Olive Garden and Popeye's to the left of the hotel and a Taco Bell to the right. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the park and the shuttle driver was great! Gives you his cell phone number to call him whenever you are ready to come back. Excellent service! You get a better view of the drone show from the front of the hotel than you do inside the park. ||If I'm back in Tampa for Busch Gardens, I will certainly stay here again.

This hotel is so nice, the front desk immediately welcomes you and treats you like family. The shuttle service is such an amazing thing to have for people visiting Busch Gardens. What a stress off of you to be able to be dropped right at the front and locked up when you’re ready, especially if you have small kids like we did. The driver was very nice and even gave us some good insight on how to get places in the park. The rooms are clean and smell so good. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in I’m very impressed.

We arrived very late to the hotel, and Ke Ke was the one who checked us in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy, even at that hour. She took the time to explain everything—from the amenities to the shuttle service to Busch Gardens—and made the whole process easy and pleasant. The hotel itself was also a great stay. The location is perfect, right next to Busch Gardens. Breakfast was delicious, and our room was spotless and smelled amazing—no smoke or odors at all. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well taken care of. Thank you, Ke Ke and the team, for making our stay such a comfortable experience. It really meant a lot to us.

Good Hotel. All good. Room was perfect.if you are visiting Busch gardens. Then best options. They have shuttle service with great drivers. You can enjoy the fireworks from the hotel parking Parking is very compact and need to get the towels from the front desk,since the house keeping didn't clean our room

We stayed at this location from 12/19 - 12/24. The location was the best. We were within walking distance from Bush Gardens. However, transportation was provided and Rick and Reggie are the best. Both of them provided impeccable customer service & provided knowledge information about the theme park. The hotel has a warm friendly atmosphere. The room was very clean & house keeping was provided each day. Noise Level was minimal to none. Breakfast was excellent and coffee was the best. The room was perfect. Most definitely one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. So big and spacious. Would have been great if they'd had a kettle in the room but we made do by using the coffee machine to make a cup of tea. Would have liked my entire holiday to be spent in that particular room which was a fantastic size for my mum, daughter and me.

We stayed at this hotel during a trip into town and had an overall pleasant experience. The location was excellent! Literally minutes from Busch Gardens, stores, restaurants, and the concert venues we were attending. Our room was clean, quiet, and seemed to be well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The complimentary shuttle to Busch Gardens was incredibly convenient and fast. Both drivers were exceptionally kind and helpful, which added a personal touch to our visit. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and enjoyable, with very good coffee. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, which really enhanced our overall experience. There were a few minor drawbacks. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Spaces in the front were limited, and the lot in the back is a long walk to the single set of elevators. The gym had a strong rubber odor that made it impossible to use. Improved ventilation in that room would be a great upgrade. Also, one of the elevators felt a bit shaky and bouncy, which was a little unsettling at times. Despite these small issues, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.
