Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

The rooms are always clean and the hotel location for me is perfect. Breakfast is very good. A special shout out to Paulina! She is very attentive to my booking and arrival and a nice person

Love this location for Wheaton College and the arboretum. Always good coffee. Need to get 2nd elevator working. Has been out for over a month. Had leak in lobby that needs fixing. Always clean. Wish they had a few new varieties on breakfast bar. Always great fruit. Sounds like they will be remodeling soon.

Positive: the staff was freindly Negative: the toilet didn't work properly, the TV didn't work properly, the room service menu was so old that most of the items on the list didn't exist. Tiny bathroom compared to the size of the room. TV was split between bed area and sitting area - horrible

Decent hotel from the Hyatt brand. I would say the hotel is nice, they offered breakfast, a comfortable stay, and friendly atmosphere. The hotel had a small bar, pool and gym. The breakfast every morning was great. The staff there were so friendly.

Hotel rooms are nice. Bed, kitchenette, and pool were clean. Tea, coffee, and water was available in the lobby. Nice perk! My only con is, be mindful that there are longterm residents there that are very suspicious. We had a guy that was staring at the kids through the window of the pool. The manager spoke to the resident about his behavior. Corporate was also notified. Corporate: Please consider purchasing shades for the pool area. It would have been more comfortable if we could have closed the shades.

The room was spacious and clean However, the toilet/ walkin shower area is terrible. I'm not a big person at all. You must step in the shower to close the door for privacy. I wouldn't stay here again based strictly on the lack of space while using the toilet/ shower.

There is not a single downside about going to this hotel! I would encourage you to choose this Hyatt or the one across the park lot. I've paid four times this much for a room that was not as good. They pay attention to every detail!
