The Mansion south Breakfast

I stayed in the Fierke suite with my wife to celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary and we loved it! It was the perfect place to spend a quiet and romantic evening alone. The host was very nice and made us a great breakfast the following morning! We loved it and we will definitely be back in the future.

Stayed here this past Friday, only guests that night. Very beautiful 100 year old home, huge rooms, classy decor. We stayed in the Fierke suite, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Walking distance to town was a major upside. I enjoyed a lively 3 hour conversation over breakfast with our host (while my wife slept in). As Marla said, he was helpful and friendly, but respectful of our privacy. If you're looking for a roomy, welcoming, comfortable, private B&B experience, I highly recommend The Mansion.

We stayed in the largest suite, the John F. Fierke Suite. It was nicely decorated but definitely showing its age as were details of the entire building. Chalk it up to "character" I suppose. The bed, bathroom and jacuzzi were all very nice. The small tube-style television could certainly use updating. I was a little concerned that our door felt as though it didn't lock however we were the only people in the inn so it wasn't too daunting. Breakfast was delicious and the host was very polite and kind. All in all it was a very nice stay.

Our room was huge with a king size bed and huge Jacuzzi tub. They were very helpful and friendly when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable with really soft sheets. It was in a very nice neighborhood. We were able walk to Francesca's restaurant. It was a very nice and romantic weekend. perfect getaway!

Great place with so much character! The terrace room was nice and the sitting room gave extra space. Francesca's was an amazing dinner. Nice town with a pretty river walk. Steve is a great host and makes a great breakfast.

This place is also called The Mansion, which is the listing we found it under.||We spent one night here in mid-August. The home is lovely, comfortable, and gracious. We appreciated the tasteful details that were elegant rather than fussy. The owner was very helpful the evening we arrived from the airport with inadequate directions, and friendly without being intrusive the next day. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. It seemed a little pricey for a small town but was so much nicer than a motel/hotel that it was worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet evening.

Stayed here for my wife and i anniversary... its a Gem of a BnB... THE BREAKFAST WAS INSANE! the owner is awesome, we sat and chatted for awhile... the Mansion is Charming and Romantic... we loved that you can stay and walk to all the great places Dundee has to offer.. Great location, quiet neighborhood... if i could i would give it more Stars!
