Vantage Point Inn - Woodland Hills

This inn has a relatively good value compared to any housing in los angeles, staff was friendly and efficient and the road noise didnt cause much trouble. However, my only problem is the lack of outlets, and how there are none next to the bed which was inconvenient. The water temperature from the sink was sometimes unstable, causing me to get burned a few times. Otherwise, this place is completely valid, and totally what you would expect for an inn.

We were traveling across Europe and this was by far our favorite hotel. The building has character — high ceilings, old wooden floors, and charming decor. It felt more like a boutique experience than a chain hotel. The staff gave us personalized recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, and they were spot-on. Breakfast was served in a lovely little courtyard, with fresh coffee and homemade jam. It felt peaceful and authentic, not touristy. I wish we had stayed longer.

The inn staff were very nice and efficient. The location and vicinity to other restaurants and shopping centers were a plus. It even had a little four foot deep pool. Jacuzzi wasnt working though which was a bummer. My main complaint is the room. While the beds were nice and shower water temperature were good, the flooring was old carpeting that was stained and felt a bit damp. The night stand was old and part of the top was broken. The shower head was too low. And there werent easily accessible outlets. Also i had to work while i was here and the wifi would frequently disconnect. So i would say lower your expectations in regards to the room because it wont impress. The redeeming qualities was having a little pool, the staff and the location

The white guy at the front was extremely belligerent and horrible. I asked if he had beg bugs and he kept asking me if I had bed bugs he was hateful, inappropriate, and was harassing me. Then while I recorded him with hid disgusting attitude and attempted to kick me out of he hotel premises.

I was highly impressed by the service at the front desk. When I arrived after a long flight from the East Coast, I found that my booking.com reservation did not reach the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk waited patiently for 90 minutes while I sorted things out with booking.com. Even though the hotel was filling up with walk-ins, he held a room for me so that I wouldn't be stranded at 10 at night.

I love coming here! Not only is it Affordable, the customer service is over the top! The maids are super sweet and not rude at all!(like most hotels). The front desk is awesome!!! Patrick is the best! They really know what they are doing, And it's hard these days finding a hotel with A+ customer service!!! The breakfast muffins are soo yummy! And even though I wished I was in a newly renovated room, the room I was in was still super clean! The carpets are clean and the bathroom was shining! Not too mention that the towels are like The

This place was gross. Staff was very friendly I will commend on that but I checked in after a long flight, wanted to shower and as soon as I walk in the bathroom there’s 2 giant spiders in my shower, and to make things worse another one in my sink. I was so grossed out, by the time I checked in It was already 1AM since my flight was so late, the bed seemed clean but I just didn’t trust it, I was barely able to sleep because of how grossed out I was, I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out early the next day and went somewhere else. A spider infested room is insane
