Incredibly smooth hookah with flavors for both newbies and more old school/long time hookah folks. Owners and management are very involved and responsive. Great DJ, combining SE Asian music and Spanish dance songs (Despacito etc). Belly dancer was here, staying to dance with the crowd after her official time was over. Really great energy and experience Drinks are high quality, perfect balance of alcohol and flavors. Took a really long time to get the food we ordered, but they proactively came to address it and took care of things beautifully. Bill was very reasonable and we definitely got our money’s worth, a rare thing these days….. Definitely will be back!

Last night was my first time here and I must say I was impressed! The place was very nice and cozy (which was great on a chilly January night) and gave me and my girls great vibes to end our night with. Lee was our server and she was so exceptional I have to give her 5 stars as well. We didn't order any food, but omg it smelled so good when it was being delivered to the other guests. so I'm positive we'll order some next time. The hookah was so smooth, and they had a lot of flavors. Needless to say we WILL be coming back again!

I had such a great time at Charcoal N Chill in Alpharetta! The food was delicious, the hookah flavors were smooth, and the vibe was perfect. Such a great vibe! Me and my friend came here for the first time on a Friday night and had so much fun! We ordered the chicken 65 and chicken pepper fry and it was delicious. The cocktails were very good as well! Very comfortable seating with couches and good variety of music. Highly recommend!

Visited Charcoal n Chill Lounge for the first time last Friday night with a friend, and we absolutely loved it! The place has such a vibrant vibe — great music, cozy ambiance, and a crowd that’s just there to have a good time. The food was delicious (especially the appetizers!) and the hookah was smooth with plenty of flavor options. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Definitely one of the best spots in town to unwind, eat, and vibe with good music. Can’t wait to come back!
