Great dive bar in Asheville. Music videos being played on Sunday, very chill. Karaoke on Monday that was pretty busy but still was able to get a drink at the bar. Everyone was super nice and the bartenders were great!

Had such a great time at 27 club. Such a cool spot. They had live music in the back. The bouncer was so kind. We felt safe here and will definitely be returning. I can only speak to their gin and tonic which was great.

So cool! Loved the environment here, was a real dive bar with a live music/stage area in the back. Bartenders were really cool and poured strong drinks. Very well decorated place.

I didn't go to eat, but i will always hive this place all 5 stars. But if your looking for a one of a kind amazing experience with great vibes and welcoming staff, this is it. You walk in and feel like you belong immediately. From business suit to birthday suit everyone is welcomed.

Incredible spot! Welcoming & friendly, with something to check out in every nook. Went to Velvet Mass & met Alice who organised the event; such amazing energy, & talent all-around. Reasonably-priced drinks, & great music. Definitely the spot to go for something with more character than a run-of-the-mill bar.

I was here 05/25/25, visiting this city for the first time and got to find this Gem. It was small but COZY. Very welcoming and attentive staff (Bartender especially) The door guy was nice too. Drinks were tasty & inexpensive. I did show up around 8:30ish, stayed till 11:30ish. By 11pm it was getting packed and the bartender was overwhelmed? She did great though! Payed $10 to see Forfiture and they did amazing. They had 3 live shows that night. Never heard of them before but I am now a new fan Bathrooms were clean &spacious, drinks were delicious, staff was sweet, and the show was GREAT 10 out f 10. Also, I was not dressed for this place at all, sorta looked like I was going to church (haha) but again, no judgement from anyone Thank you guys. If you're nervous to check this place out, I say don't be! I took a Lyft here but the parking lot looked to extend to the back of the building. Also walked here from downtown, took 15 minutes P.s the bathroom had a lock

27 Club is without a doubt is a stop you need to make if you’re in Asheville. The energy, the space, the people are all stellar. Maddog is the best bouncer you could ever ask for and as real as it gets, they always have amazing food and awesome drinks, they treat everyone exceptionally (especially the bands!) A guaranteed great time if you’re in the area, hell it’s a worth a trip just to stop by!
