I want to share my experience at the Coach store in Bellevue. It’s not that the staff treated me poorly; everyone was polite. However, the overall experience felt disappointing given the price point. When I purchased my bag, it was not placed in a box. I was only given the dust bag and a paper shopping bag, but no box at all. Additionally, I was not offered the option to personalize the bag tag, which is something I would normally expect when spending over $500. I also felt that the checkout and packaging area looked a bit neglected and not as polished as I would expect from a brand like Coach.

Lucas is the best, I had an issue with my coach bag. I step into a coach store located in Bellevue mall. Lucas welcomed me and he helped me in a very good manner. He was super nice. Truly appreciate his customer service. He solved my problem and I am so happy with my coach bag now.

I purchased the 48 Carryall as a birthday/Christmas present to myself but when it arrived, I realized that it was too heavy for commuting to work so needed something lighter. I first when to the Coach Iutlet in Auburn but they wouldn't return and suggested going to Bellevue. I got to Bellevue and I explained my situation to Tom and he helped with a smile and picked out some lighter options for me which I loved and went with. I was very happy with the service and Coach needs to give Tom a free lunch!

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Coach. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. I was clearly shopping and ready to purchase, yet the staff gave off a very unwelcoming vibe. I even mentioned that no one had said hello, and the response I received was, "I’m taking my lunch." Even if you’re on lunch, basic courtesy like saying hi or welcome takes two seconds and makes a difference. One male associate was kind and helpful, and I appreciated him. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt dismissive. If you’re looking for better customer service, I would recommend purchasing your Coach bag at Nordstrom instead. In my experience, their associates are warm, professional, and actually acknowledge you when you walk in. Customer service truly matters.

BEST STAFF EVER, they are all so qualified and so kind. I enjoy everytime I go into the store and love the layout. Definitely worth spending your time. Flora is one of the best staff members but they are all amazing

Tom is the best!! I bought a few purses at this location on black friday and there was a mix up with the purses that I only noticed once I got home. I immediately called the store and Tom went above and beyond by meeting me closer to where I live to avoid the hour drive back to the store and even had the correct purses wrapped up beautifully! Some of the best customer service ever!!
