I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership, but out of the seven or eight dealerships I went to while looking for the perfect car for me, Cameron was the only car salesperson I spoke to that felt genuine. He was so nice and knowledgeable and made the experience so great. I truly wish that I could have found the right car there. I will absolutely go looking there when it comes time to buy again.

Reasonable pricing and they did a superb job within a short amount of time! Ernesto was very helpful and talked me through their different services. I got their ultimate wash and my car looks much cleaner than I expected from a quick service. Will definitely come back in the future for a full detail.

Fair pricing! Made my model y look absolutely new inside and out. Honestly looks much better than the time of delivery. Highly recommended. Anton helped do some final touches, highly appreciate his attention to detail and the manager sam was very helpful with scheduling and communicated well throughout the appointment. They get busy especially during the summer so recommend getting an appointment ahead of time. I see myself coming back again.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this experience was absolutely AMAZING! I had some rusty water dripping on my car in a public parking lot that I couldn’t remove with a regular wash or iron remover. I showed up at J&A AUTO SALON (without an appointment), and these guys really know their craft. They removed the marks from both the paint and plastic moldings within minutes, and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my day!

Poor quality. I took my 3 week old 2024 M340 here to get their basic wash. I know it was not a detail but did not expect this bad of an experience. My car came back with streaks, which they were able to remove for the most part. The real issue is the scratches. My god the scratches and swirls are everywhere. On the paint, on all the windows, everywhere. Getting the car sent to another shop to get paint corrected. A 3 week old car.. For reference, the car had not been washed before so all swirls and scratches are from this service. I would avoid this place unless getting their premium packages, that should give better results.

If you're going for a wash, this place is fine. But for a DETAIL, enter at your own risk. These guys don't know how to handle a luxury car. Also the guy at the front desk acts like he does not want to work there anymore: fully checked out and rude.

Careful consideration and attention to detail are just a few things customers will receive when you bring your vehicle into J&A Auto Salon, located in Bellevue. I've been to a few car wash locations here in the greater Seattle area and without a doubt none can match nor correspond to J&A. As my second visit here, all of the associates are extremely thorough and professional investing roughly 30-35 minutes with each customer's vehicle, worth every penny. There really isn't any downside to this salon, I would highly recommend going to this wonderful shop to check out the services they provide.
