Recently built a new home and needed furniture for the majority of the downstairs. Jill, the designer, helped us make great selections that fit our aesthetic perfectly. The furniture delivery went flawlessly and made the whole process so easy. They assembled all furniture and setup each room to perfection. Would highly recommend this team for their expertise in design and quality of furniture. Still more to come but here are the first couple rooms. LOVE!

Thomasville Urban Interiors offers a great selection of Home Related Furniture Products. This quality is the highest end of Class & Luxury. Mary the store Manager was Very Friendly showing me around the store & I appreciated that. The environment is warm & welcoming. My favorite was the Batman Pinball Machine. Great service and a beautiful dining table! It took approximately four weeks for delivery, and while I had to follow up a few times regarding shipping, everything ultimately went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the ordering process, as they still rely on paper to record details. That said, my experience with Russel was fantastic!

I can’t sing the praises of Joy at Urban Interiors enough! She’s knowledgeable, intuitive, listens well, has great taste and a calming presence, and she inspires the utmost confidence. In addition, we have found that store routinely carries the best furniture at the best price, never over promises, and always surprises with quick and efficient delivery! We won’t go anywhere else!

Never been kicked out of a store just for existing until today. The employee was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were a problem the second we walked in. Absolute joke of a business. Customer service is nonexistent and clearly they don’t want customers. We were just checking out a couch considering to purchase and a staff member comes and kicks us out saying that they are closing but we checked online and they don't close for another hour. Also being extremely rude.

Joy was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and lended her expert eye to help us pick out a cohesive and beautiful setup for our entertainment space. This is our third purchase from Urban Interiors over 5 years. We will keep coming back.

Exceptional Service from Noel at Urban Interiors After checking out six different furniture stores, we came back to Urban Interiors — and we’re so glad we did. Noel Wood took amazing care of us! She was knowledgeable, respectful, and kept us updated every step of the way on our special-order couch from Italy (which took over four months to arrive). Despite the wait, she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and communication really stood out. When we’re in the market for more furniture, Noel and Urban Interiors will definitely be our first stop.
