Nordstrom Rack

First time here. It's understandably a back to school wonderland: especially for unicorn and hello kitty lovers. Trending bento boxes were great price. Blown away by the particular purses (I see you Tory Burch) and shoes (harder to find Doc Martins) available. Kierstyn was very helpful finding a missing price tag. Went home with a notebook, shoes, top and slacks. Loving the 25% off right now.

This 5-star rating is for staff at this branch. They were all very nice and helpful. About the variety of items, I am not happy with this branch, unfortunately. Likewise, the price on the items with even 60-75% discount is still relatively high compared with the other branches with more variety as well as compared with other apparel stores.

Always a great selection of shoes &name brand attire

Not really that great of a selection for the price. Sales can be helpful but not very much stuff is current in the fashion department. In my opinion it is it’s any different than a Ross or tj max and that’s just the left overs in the fashion department. I tried to go there the other day to find a white t shirt. Seemed like a simple thing to find and all the ones I found were see through not by fashion but because of quality. It’s a shame because they advertise as if they are a high end store and they clearly aren’t. Id probably not shop there unless the sales were crazy good and I had a couple hours to sift through all the bad to find the good.

Prices appeared to be fair. My wife and daughter were able to find what they needed. I got a couple pairs of shoes, one pair I was looking at in another store across town was $50 dollars cheaper.

I just had to make a quick return. The clerk handled my return quickly and professionally.

Variety of selected items . Nice clothing, accessory, and shoe options. Ample parking , convenient location, on bus line, rewards program ( for better deals) and well lit store
