I always drive by this place and finally was able to stop by. Levi was such a great help, he walked me through the entire store and was able to help me stay within my budget. I wanted to buy a dresser off Amazon but I wouldn't be able to have this experience. I would have to hope the item comes undamaged and I would have to assemble it myself. I would definitely buy more furniture here in the future.

Don’t waste ur money… wanna to give 0 star. Brought sofa . Spend so much money after 2 days this happen. Look at picture. Total wasted.. stay away. Look at seat . Feels like sitting at floor. No cusion inside it .disappointed

If I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible customer service, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a bed from their catalog along with what I thought would be the correct size mattress. I was supposed to have the furniture delivered on Wednesday and received a call that it would be delivered on Thursday instead. No problem, I a rearranged my schedule for Thursday. I wait until 1pm until I finally call and was advised that the delivery would be after 4pm. Well thanks for the notice. The delivery did not come until 9:30 at night! When the men started to put the bed together I noticed the bed was completely wrong! And to top it off, it was a queen size mattress that wouldn't fit the full size bed I ordered. I called the store the next morning to speak to a manager and was told that he would return my call. Its been 4 days and no call back so far. Lesson learned!

Bad service I had order a 5 drawer/character they say it would be ready this day I call and ask if my order ready,they tell me it not cause it has to be order so I told them fine I'll wait 1 more week but my husband warn me just get money back I said just wait but noon I had problem again I went get my money and try to see if I can speak to the boss but one girls says sure he on he way and the other said he was to busy. Yeah busy with lunch never again ordering something they have bad service

Very pricey! They talk as if they are giving you a "good price," when they are really not. Their furniture looks... LOOKS really nice and comfy, however, it's not at all. The couches are hard! No bend no fold...just solid pieces of furniture. Good looking but not good sitting! One lady who was behind a desk was doing a whole portrait session at her desk! I don't blame her because the lighting in this place is awesome. Everything has L.E.D. lights and it is definitely for the social media junkies who are always posting selfies! LoLo who helped us was nice and she really tried to find my mom what she wanted. The prices were just not in our range.

Sales person was nice but he did push towards a different more expensive mattress then what I had originally chosen claiming it was better quality. But once I had the mattress at home it hurt my back but I figured it was my bed frame so I went back and they said I can't return it because I financed it. So I paid cash for the same type of frame they had on display with the mattress I had bought.. after the second night I see that its not the frame it's the mattress it's horrible quality it's doesn't feel anything like the display model. I feel like I got ripped off why doesn't it feel as soft and comfortable as the one on display... i don't recommend this furniture store to anyone!!!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I wish I read all the reviews before I came to this place. I bought a sectional sofa worth 1500. 1piece was missing so we called the store. First day I called they said the part was missing was not part of the deal "LET ME TALK TO MY MANAGER." Then never called back that day. Second day we called they said WAIT ILL CALL YOU BACK CAUSE THERES A CUSTOMER. Again never called back that day. It's seems like they were trying to avoid me. So I decided to just return the furniture. because I wasn't happy with the furniture and the customer service I was getttig. So I ask for the return policy. They said you have 7DAYS TO RETURN WITH A 25% fee from the total purchase. So basically i have to pay $350+. Not only that, I have to deliver it to the store. They will not pick it up. 😡😡😡
