There's a location 5 minutes from me in Claremont, but when I brought the item over for the same job, removing velcro and adding 2 loops and button clasp. I was told it would not be ready for over a week. Which was not an option, I needed it for a work event in 2 days. So I made the 30 minute drive to this location. Rosa was very friendly and customer service oriented. Ezdehar did the alteration in less than 20 minutes. Great, clean job. Now I won't be choked by the cape! Thank you very much to Rosa & Ezdehar, for great, quick service! Will definitely be returning for future alterations.

They told me my 3 pants that I dropped off to be altered shorter would be ready in 2 weeks, and a lady named Ezdihar got it ready for me just 1 week and 2 days! They fit me great and service was good. Thank you

I get all of my dry cleaning done here and have for years. Everyone is generally very friendly and helpful, I’ve never had any issues here. Today really was an above and beyond experience. I’m so mad I didn’t get his name. He was working by himself and had a lot going on when I was there. However, he truly handled his situation with so much patience and an amazing level of customer service. He was so friendly and you could truly tell he was there to work and liked his job. It was great seeing such a young man with such a great work ethic. Kona is lucky to have him!

Ezdehar did an outstanding job sewing the Army patches on my new uniform. Her work was precise, clean, and professional—everything lined up perfectly. She clearly takes pride in her craftsmanship and pays attention to the details that matter. The uniform looks sharp and regulation-ready. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs quality tailoring or patch work done right the first time.
