Had such an amazing experience at Macy's Men's. I hate mall but brought my son and Steven helped us around store. He was on top of his knowledge of sale side and very professional as well as personable!!!

Employee Macy at the Fresno fashion fair macys men’s was so sweet and very helpful 30 minutes until closing she helped search high and low for one pair of shorts for me her attitude and positive energy was amazing and very rare to experience even when she helped check me out she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use my star money even tho the system was acting up hopefully this gets back to MACY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING AMAZING!

Dear JSP’s Management Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience I had at your JSP’s Fresno Mall location. My group and I entered the store intending to purchase shoes. The employee assisting us, whose name badge read **Gohan**, (store is next to Ralph Lauren store )howed an extremely poor attitude toward us from the beginning. He was unprofessional, unfriendly, and made us feel uncomfortable. At one point, he told us to grab the shoes ourselves and then stated, "I’m not selling you shoes," which was shocking and inappropriate. Throughout the interaction, he continued to stare at us and act dismissive instead of providing proper customer service. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and lacked basic customer service education. As paying customers, we should not be treated this way. I am very disappointed that someone with such a negative attitude is representing your store. This type of behavior reflects badly on your business, and I strongly believe action should be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. Love this Macy's! Everyone is so helpful and pleasant, unlike other ones I've been to. Always fully stocked with plenty of merchandise so it's easy to locate what you need!

Top-notch service and great products at MAC in Fashion Fair! I had such a great experience at the MAC counter inside Macy’s at Fashion Fair Mall. The staff was super helpful—the lady who assisted me took her time to find my perfect shade for the Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation. I ended up getting the foundation, Prep + Prime primer, and two Fix+ setting sprays. Everything feels amazing on my skin, and I’m so happy with my haul! Highly recommend this location for anyone wanting friendly, knowledgeable service and great MAC products.

I received the worse customer service during a drive up pick up. I clicked I was on my way 10 minutes before arriving to the store. Filled out my car info and waited another 15 minutes. I called the number on the plaque and asked what the current wait time was and was told that I didn't click I was there as nothing was on her screen. I assured her I did and let her know about the other vehicle that was waiting there too. She took my information and a couple of minutes later an employee came out gave the other car their package and she 100% just ignored me. I waited a couple more minutes and canceled the pickup on my end and when I went to cancel the order altogether I couldn't as she pushed it through as I picked up my item. As someone who works in customer service this was a horrible experience.
