Maya Cinemas Fresno

I really enjoy this theater. Its quiet and service is fast. The concessions are much more reasonable than elsewhere, you can get a large popcorn and 2 large drinks for 25 bucks. They also have the newer self service fountain drink machines with a ton of options. In my opinion their subscription service is much better than their competitors. Especially for people with families. Their subscription plan covers up to 6 people a month, rather than just a single subscriber and gives you 15% off concessions. The only gripes you might have is that the theater is a little dated and mostly has the classic stadium seating, but it doesn't bother me and the family likes it too. For me it's 5 stars but I'll give 4 just to be fair and honest.

Seats where very worn and dated in theater 4. Very little leg room. Floor was still dirty with previous movie popcorn on the floor. Half the urinals where broken in the restroom. Customer service was good but had to walk thru a big maze of ropes to get to the front. Popcorn was good and self serve soda options were good but not enticing enough to want me to come back to this theater to see a movie unless it was my last option.

It was my first time seeing a movie at this cinema and overall it was great. The place was clean, inviting and the popcorn was great. The seats had plenty of cushion and the audio was good too. I’d say overall it was a solid movie theater.

A little too sticky for my liking but very nice and they have premium space and its not toooo cold but just enough and the food is yummy. their screens are good quality and its not tooooo loud but perfect volume. they have nice staff. ok pricing too

Tried to set up a child's birthday party and they were horrible. Very difficult to get anyone to respond. They wont return any phone calls. They sometime return emails several days or a week later. I received 2 diffrent price quotes that were more expensive than renting out an entire theater. But no one would return my calls to explain it to me. So they lost me business.

NOT a good place to see movies. They nolonger accept cash. They're training us to pay their way. Long time customer no more. Last time was today. Don't put up with this. Respond "owner". When will you start automating the work force, will you replace workforce with a self service kiosk for tickets and concessions too? And you dare say it's for the customer convenience, oh I bet you will....

Love the $5 Tuesdays and $3 hot dogs. They have the old school seats so little ones will get folded but other than that, amazing. Clean bathrooms too.
