Brandon’s customer service was great. He let me look around without being pushy but was there when I needed him. I bought a Ashley’s Lift chair and sofa and Dining set. I went back and purchased oversized recliner and end table. I saved about $2,000 by shopping here instead of Ashley’s. Delivery was prompt. Delivery guys were polite and efficient. Small scratch on sofa arm was taken care of with no problem. I am completely satisfied and will continue to buy my furniture from this location.

First time into this showroom. There was great customer service with no high pressure sales. My wife and I were able to browse thru the furniture at our on pace. We purchased and were out the door in under an hour. Highly recommend American Furniture Warehouse.

The staff was very kind and helpful with information about financing and payment programs! He was also very patient as I was indecisive and he made sure that my delivery was a a convenient time! The delivery guys were awesome and made sure to take great care of the furniture as they moved it and placed it together! Very kind and pleasant!!! I am a very satisfied customer!

Our 2nd time visiting and it's beyond better than any other furniture store in the greensboro.... we were greeted as soon as we walked in .... the great thing about this place is that they dont follow you around like a car saleman.... they let you look and if you need help the are there and very friendly......Brandon always helps us out and he remembers us by name.... he is so very helpful and if there is something that you want thats not in store he will make sure you can get it thru him.... thanks again Brandon.... my wife is happy with here new furniture in the living room, bed room, kitchen,dinning room.... will definitely be back!!! Thanks again Brandon for making our furniture shopping awesome.....

The associate that helped us was Brandon and he was polite and very helpful. He made sure we were not rushed on our decisions and was super knowledgeable about the furniture options that we were inquiring about. We will definitely be back and we will recommend you guys to our friends and family.

In April 2025 I purchased a dresser & nightstand from the sales floor. The mirror was attached by screws to the dresser so the rude workers removed them. They must’ve forgot to put the drill in reverse because they put a hole in the front of the mirror & placed it in my car. I saw the hole immediately & went back & was told "next time buy a whole bedroom set". They kept giving me a run around & refuse to fix it! I have never been treated so poorly & had previously purchased a dining set from them without any problem. Spend you money elsewhere!

I've purchased 2 couches and a recliner from here, once back in 2012 and just recently at the end of November this year. I had a great experience both times and I was happy to return to upgrade my couch/recliner situation. The delivery went well also. I'm very pleased! I will be returning soon early next year to purchase a mattress and bed frame from them.
