Burlington

📍 Leather bars in Irving

4.3

Burlington in Irving offers a variety of clothing at competitive prices, making it a popular choice for budget-conscious shoppers. The store is known for its helpful staff, particularly a security guard named Alex, who is often praised for her warm welcome and assistance. However, the shopping experience can be unorganized, with items scattered and aisles cluttered, which may deter some customers.

The store's customer service can be inconsistent, with some employees going above and beyond while others may come across as rude. The parking lot and store layout can feel somewhat disheveled, and the checkout process may be slow due to understaffing. Despite these drawbacks, the store's affordable prices and occasional helpful staff make it worth considering.

The young lady named Alex, that is the security guard up. There is amazing she's always smelling, always helpful. Knows where everything is. She gives you a warm welcome. When you walk into the store and let you know if there's a long line or if the store is too dirty and you should come back at a different time very informative, the storm is 7 out of 10, all the workers are very helpful. They need more cashiers, great prices on clothes, a lot of different variety. And the low way is back

Very rude Chinese lady and black male I guess they are supervisor at night, they saw us walking toward the gate that go through the mall and still locked it and even the restroom they locked. If people are still inside they should make it accessible specially if we already spent money. This is the most horrible store that’s why I don’t like coming and spending my money here. Raggedy store the store doesn’t close until 12 and they restrooms are closed to customers regardless.

Not what expected to be, it was very messy, things all over the floor. The store looked exactly like a thrift store. YES! I been to thrift stores and most of them look way better than this and have most of the same items for cheaper. In Burlington every item you buy has already been on the floor and stepped on by so many people that the items you buy aren’t new anymore. Not a good experience for me.

Very poorly run store. Be ready to sit in a line for hours with only 1 person running check out. I avoid this place if at all possible even though they have good prices on clothes. Customer service stinks!!

At one time this was my #1 store but the level of product is not as good now and the idea of buying shoes with no shoe box is a little low class if you get what I mean. How do you give someone shoes as a gift in a bag. Funny

They have a elderly security lady when you walk in the store, very rude, I was having a personal conversation with my child to use the restroom until she interrupted us very rudely, I did address the situation to the manager. Not sure if she was addressed on her greeting with customers walking in. She should be fired immediately, never interrupt a person having a conversation with their children, especially if nothing was asked of you.

The parking lot is pretty dark and felt sketchy. We had to be let in by a security guard in a stab vest. It looked like a tornado had passed through the store. There were piles of shoes and clothes all over the floor that you had walk around. The clothing racks were disorganized with pants and shirts of all sizes mixed up. There were aisles you couldn't even walk down because everything was on the floor. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the employees were trying to clean up but they were overwhelmed and under staffed. They were doing a good job but they need more people.
