This Ross always has a great selection of clothing and household items. The store associates team is also really friendly and professional. I always enjoy my weekend shopping trips here and look forward to my next visit.
The employees are really rude, most of them don’t even speak English, I was there and I liked a bag but it didn’t have any price tag in it so I went to the front to ask if they could check it for me, the lady was so rude and when I asked her to call the manager, she ignored me. She had her hair covered maybe a hijab and looked like she was from India or Pakistan. I left the bag there and left the store immediately. Not worth it
We purchased over 30 items and were removing every single hanger ourselves to help speed up the process while placing the clothes on the counter. Instead of appreciating the effort, the cashier kept telling us that we were "supposed to do that before," even though there are no signs anywhere indicating that customers must remove hangers in advance. I asked where the hangers should go, and she (hair wrapped young lady who mentioned she was supposed to clock out in 15 min & was regretting on cashing us out) said "by the snacks," but then the security lady in black—who checks receipts—came over and repeatedly pointed at us like we didn’t understand English and insisted that the hangers had to go in a very specific spot. It felt uncomfortable, especially because we were the only customers being told to do this and the only ones treated this way.
I have been into this and other Ross stores many times but today I was so sadden to see this. I know Ross is a discount store but I've been to garage sales and second hand stores that look more organized than this. Pride and customer service has totally been lost.
I don’t care if you’re going to close in 20 minutes it’s a fire hazard and against fire code to have your doors locked during business hours. If something happens and a customer can’t get out, I feel sorry for the lawsuit you’ll encounter.
It is really annoying and inconsiderate closing your store early. It is different if you close a few mins (2-5mins) early than closing 15-30mins early. If you want to close early please update your store hours on Google and the poster on your door. It is false advertising.
A ton of merchandise just sitting on the floor just giving me a huge headache, especially when you’re pushing the cart and continuously bumping into random stuff on the ground. Like seriously, I’ve seen flea markets better organized than this sorry excuse of an establishment.
